Head of Field Marketing
iManage
chicago, il
Compensation: 125.000 - 150.000

We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well‑being. This role requires in‑office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers—while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work‑life balance.

Being a Head of Field Marketing (Americas) at iManage Means…

You will own and elevate field marketing across our Americas markets — North America and Latin America — while leading and developing a high‑performing regional team. You will be a strategic partner to our regional sales leadership and a cross‑functional connector across marketing, partners, and the business. You'll be accountable for building and executing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale.

As a regional leader, you will establish the field marketing operational foundation — strategic plans, scalable processes, playbooks and reporting — while building team capability and bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales from tactical execution to solving the right business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong, trust‑based relationships with regional sales and partner leadership teams, positioning marketing as a strategic business partner focused on solving shared business challenges — not just delivering tactics
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of field marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment to regional and global priorities
  • Setting clear goals and performance expectations for the team, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth and development
  • Developing and leading comprehensive, geo‑specific demand generation strategies through ABM, integrated campaigns, multichannel initiatives, and both in‑person and virtual events
  • Aligning to the corporate campaign framework while adapting and activating programs locally to meet the unique needs of each market
  • Owning and managing the Americas field marketing budget, ensuring investments are prioritized against pipeline and revenue targets
  • Defining and tracking KPIs across all programs and regions, leveraging data‑driven reporting to drive informed decision making, surface opportunities, and continuously optimize performance
  • Partnering strategically with marketing operations, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing teams to optimize the customer journey globally — identifying pipeline gaps, accelerating deals, and improving funnel intake and conversion
  • Contributing to channel and partner co‑marketing strategies in collaboration with channel leadership, scaling joint programs across regions while continuously identifying new opportunities to extend reach and impact
  • Collaborating with the corporate marketing team to ensure regional teams have access to relevant content, PR initiatives, and customer advocacy assets that support sales engagement and thought leadership
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable global processes and playbooks that enable regional teams to execute consistently and efficiently, serving as the "voice of the field" to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Guiding regional teams in cultivating relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and directory vendors to increase brand visibility across all geographies
  • Working closely with our digital demand team to ensure alignment to the Americas region

Qualified Because I Have…

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing, ABM, partner/channel marketing, and event management
  • Proven track record of delivering and accelerating pipeline through regional marketing
  • Experience building and executing geo‑specific marketing plans in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third parties
  • Experience managing and influencing a marketing budget that delivers impact and ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks, including strategic marketing plans, processes and playbooks that drive consistency and efficiency across global teams
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage sales leadership at a business level — translating business challenges into marketing strategies rather than leading with tactics
  • Proven ability to build and leverage data‑driven reporting frameworks that inform decision making, track performance, and communicate marketing's contribution to the business
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities across regions simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence sales and partner leaders
  • Collaborative, data‑driven, and strategic mindset with a strong analytical approach to measuring and optimizing programs

Bonus Points If I Have…

  • SaaS experience
  • MBA degree
  • Experience working in both North America and Latin America markets

At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and we encourage everyone to bring a growth mindset and hunger for learning. • Offering comprehensive Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a company match up to 4%.
  • Granting enhanced leave for expecting parents: 20 weeks 100% paid for primary leave, and 10 weeks 100% paid for secondary leave.
  • Providing a flexible time‑off policy to take the time you need—be it vacation, volunteering, celebrating holidays, spending time with family, or simply taking time to recharge and reset.
  • Having multiple company wellness days each year to prioritize mental health and well‑being.
  • Providing access to RethinkCare, a global behavioral health platform that enhances personal well‑being, strengthens professional resilience, and empowers parental success through expert‑led training and resources.

Senior Product Marketing Manager
Countable Labs
palo alto, ca
Compensation: 125.000 - 150.000

At Countable Labs (formerly Enumerix), we are redefining what modern genomics can be. Our Countable PCR platform delivers highly accurate, multiplexed quantification with the simplicity of qPCR and at a cost that makes advanced genomics broadly accessible.

In 2025, Countable PCR was recognized with both Analytical Scientist and Scientist Innovation awards, validating the platform’s scientific impact and real-world value. Backed by top-tier life sciences venture capital firms, we are building a category-defining technology that enables next-level genomics for clinical and research applications.

We are a fast-growing, mission-driven startup where ownership is real, innovation is expected, and product leaders have the opportunity to shape the future of an entire platform. If you want to take charge of a portfolio, guide world-class science into the market, and see your decisions translate directly into customer impact, this is the role for you.

Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the commercial narrative for the Countable PCR technology across multiple industries such as academic medical centers, biotech, and pharma, as well across segments such as cell and gene therapy (CGT) and clinical oncology. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of science, strategy, and storytelling. You will work closely with the Director of Commercial Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Business Development to build the messaging, content, and campaign assets that drive awareness and adoption among a technically sophisticated audience.

This is an ideal role for someone who has lived inside CGT or clinical oncology workflows—as a researcher, applications scientist, or marketer—and is energized by translating complex biology into compelling commercial strategy.

Messaging & Positioning

  • Position Countable Labs’ products and technologies across multiple industries such as academic medical centers, biotech, and pharma
  • Develop and maintain segment‑specific messaging frameworks for CGT (viral vector QC, gene editing, CAR‑T/AAV manufacturing) and clinical oncology (MRD monitoring, liquid biopsy, ctDNA) audiences
  • Own competitive positioning against qPCR, ddPCR, and NGS‑based approaches; build battlecards and objection‑handling tools for the sales team
  • Define and evolve value propositions tied to key customer pain points

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Create high‑quality technical content: application notes, white papers, case studies, conference posters, presentations, and peer‑reviewed publication support
  • Partner with KOLs and external collaborators to develop credible, scientifically grounded thought leadership
  • Drive conference strategy and execution for ASGCT, AACR, ESGT, and EHA—from abstract submission through booth messaging and post‑event nurture campaigns
  • Collaborate on digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, webinars) targeting CGT and oncology researchers, process development scientists, and QC managers
  • Give external‑facing presentations including webinars, conference talks, and other customer‑facing presentations

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product Management to build and maintain a sales enablement library: pitch decks, ROI calculators, application‑specific one‑pagers, demo scripts, and competitive battlecards
  • Support commercial training on product positioning, competitive landscape, and application storytelling
  • Partner with the European commercial lead to localize materials for EU regulatory and market contexts

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing VOC research with customers, KOLs, and prospects to sharpen positioning and surface new use cases with Product Management
  • Track competitive moves, regulatory developments, and clinical adoption patterns in CGT and oncology diagnostics
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by synthesizing market signals and customer insight

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences product marketing, with demonstrated success in a technical or scientifically complex segment
  • Preference for direct experience in cell and gene therapy, viral vector manufacturing, or clinical oncology (MRD, liquid biopsy, ctDNA)—as a scientist, applications specialist, or marketer
  • Deep fluency in nucleic acid quantification technologies (qPCR, ddPCR, NGS); ability to engage credibly with process development scientists and QC managers
  • Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into audience‑appropriate messaging across the full buyer journey
  • Experience independently creating technical content: application notes, white papers, conference materials, and digital assets
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑moving startup environment with lean resources
  • Excellent written and oral communication; strong scientific storyteller with confidence presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Comfortable owning external‑facing presentations including webinars, conference talks, and customer‑facing demos; able to represent the company credibly on stage and in live webinars or other recordings
  • Preference for PhD or MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field
  • Preferred hands‑on laboratory experience with PCR‑based workflows, gene therapy vector analytics, or CMC development for biologics
  • Background in KOL management or scientific advisory relationships
  • Comfort with marketing automation (HubSpot or equivalent) and CRM systems

For this position, the base pay range is: 150,000-175,000 per year. Please apply directly on our company website

Countable Labs is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Direct applicants only, no recruiters please.
