Director of Network Marketing and Enablement
Performcb
Sarasota, FL

Job Description

Job Description
Director of Network Marketing and Enablement

Perform[cb] | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role

This is Perform[cb]'s first dedicated marketing role focused entirely on the publisher and affiliate partner side of our marketplace, the Outcome Engine. Now, in addition to strategically finding ways to bring the some of the largest and most sophisticated brands in a variety of verticals to the Outcome Engine, the marketing team is tasked with engaging and bringing in even more distribution partners (media buyers, publishers, app-based monetization platforms, programmatic buyers, reward platforms, and similar performance-marketing channels). You'll be the one leading that charge.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll be responsible for defining the strategy and executing the programs that make the Outcome Engine the destination for performance-driven partners who leverage proprietary distribution, technology, data, and creative expertise to drive outcomes. That means building from scratch in some areas, managing and improving what already exists in others, and always thinking about what will resonate with a savvy, scaled partner audience that knows the industry inside and out.

This role is a growth opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in performance marketing and wants to own and build a function. You don't need to have all the answers on day one — but you do need to understand the space and be excited to define what partner and network marketing looks like at Perform[cb].

What You'll Do

Strategy & Program Development

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Partner Development team, to develop Perform[cb]'s partner marketing strategy — messaging framework, positioning, and channel approach for the publisher/affiliate audience

Build strategic programs and campaigns designed for specific, named, partner targets, and drive awareness, engagement and recruitment pipeline from concept through execution

For current partners, create relevant, creative promotional strategies to engage them, and increase their activities with brands they already work with. Also create compelling reasons for them to work with additional brands in our marketplace.

Content & Communications

Create and manage current and prospect partner-facing Outcome Engine content and communications: newsletters, social posts, announcements, and campaign messaging tailored to key partner verticals

Develop messaging that speaks authentically to partners demonstrating how the Outcome Engine creates new opportunities and delivers proven offers that will lead to their success

Program Management

Manage and optimize existing partner marketing ABM programs while building new ones in parallel

Track performance across partner marketing initiatives and report on what's working, what's not, and what's next

Stay current on trends, platforms, and conversations in the affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem

What You Bring

5+ years in marketing, with meaningful exposure to affiliate, publisher, or performance marketing

Experience in the performance marketing or affiliate marketing industry is strongly preferred — deep understanding how publishers, media buyers, and affiliate networks operate is a genuine differentiator in this role

Experience with targeted account-based marketing (ABM) or key account marketing tactics is a plus

Comfort across marketing and communications platforms: email, social media, CRM, paid media, etc.

Strong writing and communication skills — you can craft a message that actually lands with a performance-savvy audience

Familiarity with industry events and channels where affiliate and performance marketing professionals gather (LinkedIn, industry newsletters, conferences, etc.)

A builder's mindset — you're energized by creating structure where little exists, and you're organized enough to manage it once it's running

Self-starter who can operate with some ambiguity, align with stakeholders on direction, and then go execute

Bonus Points

Prior experience at or with an affiliate network, performance marketing platform, or publisher-facing business

Existing relationships within the publisher or media buyer community

Experience creating enablement materials, onboarding content, or promotions and other forms of marketing campaigns

Familiarity with performance marketing verticals: mobile app, finance, entertainment, ecommerce

What We Offer
  • Base salary: commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive Benefit plan including health, dental, vision, short and long term disability
  • 401k Plan with Employer matching contributions
  • A chance to build something — this function is yours to define and grow
  • Collaboration with a smart, supportive team that cares about doing the work well
  • A remote-friendly culture that values outcomes over optics

Perform[cb] is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
