Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day business development operations, drive revenue and client growth, and ensure alignment of business development initiatives with the company’s overall strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives that expand the company’s presence and support long-term business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Senior Vice President in executing and refining the company’s business development strategy.

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, RFQs, and other business development materials.

What You Bring

  • BS / BA in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of State, Local, and Industrial business sectors is a plus.

DRS EOIS in Cypress, California is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with Top Secret Clearance to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with the Corporate Risk Management Framework Support Center, Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), & other ISSMs across the company, to obtain and maintain certifications and accreditations under the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and Intelligence Community (IC) Risk Management Framework.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining system government accreditation from inception through operational deployment and continuous monitoring
  • Maintain daily operational security posture and integrity for accredited networks and standalone systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for accredited systems in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and operating instructions
  • Administer and implement security procedures for classified computer systems based on the Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. Government agency security directives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or certification (MSCE or GAIC) or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years of security experience in either the defense industry or Information Systems Security, or a combination of both as an ISSO or ISSM implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Possess a Top Secret U.S. Government security clearance with a current investigation
  • Strong knowledge of information systems security components and best practices including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti‑virus software, data encryption, and other industry‑standard techniques and practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in order effectively interact with the senior management and customer representatives
  • Current Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Manager (IAM) level III certification (CISM, CISSP, CAP)

The salary range for this position is $128,464/year- $173,428/year. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance‑based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non‑exempt employees as applicable).   • He/She also implements new policies; disseminates pertinent information following administrative directives; and recommends improvement of hospital facilities in assigned areas, including construction or renovation of structures and purchase of new equipment.
  • The COO promotes complete involvement of the departments’ heads in the preparation of the departments’ budgets and educates them in the importance of the budget, forecasting and planning process.
  • He/She advises and makes recommendations to the CEO concerning budget, cost, and financial matters and encourages and assists department heads in establishing a measure of performance, increased productivity, quality improvement, cost controls, and maximum utilization of facilities.
  • The COO advises the CEO where executive action is necessary to accomplish these goals and he/she plans the activities of the individual departments in relation to other hospital departments so as to obtain a better understanding of each others’ problems.
  • The COO attends medical staff meetings and/or medical staff committee meetings, as assigned or requested, and informs the CEO of proceedings at the meetings attended and recommends action as necessary.
  • He/She also represents the hospital by membership in related professional associations.

Minimum Qualifications

Verbal, quantitative and interpersonal skills typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree; in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of hospital administration equivalent to the knowledge acquired through the completion of a Master’s degree in hospital administration (MHA). Knowledge of the healthcare field, as well as refined managerial skills typically acquired through experience as a COO or CEO of a smaller hospital.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 50 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.

The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Market President role to be based in the Grand Rapids, MI market. The successful candidate will make and service a variety of CRE, C&I, and SBA loans. The candidate will also assist senior officers in handling larger and more complicated loans and provide other customer services as may be required.

Market President responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability at minimum risk.
  • Soliciting commercial clients; actively seeking and obtaining quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.
  • Obtaining and maintaining COIs and attending various networking events in the assigned geographic area.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,00 - $180,000. Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of closing $500k+ ACV deals with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
