As a CDL-B driver with ROS, responsibilities will include cleaning and stocking/replenishing portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand wash stations, and restroom-shower trailers as needed. Responsible for completing daily routes, while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the Dispatcher. May work independently with little or no supervision.

What you'll do:

  • Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary
  • Provide onsite moves of equipment, and pick-up/delivery as requested
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, maintain truck logs
  • Load and unload units
  • Fuel vehicles and other equipment as necessary
  • Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for any additional services and supplies needed
  • Excellent housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility
  • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A valid Class B CDL driver's license and safe driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Diligent attention to safety
  • Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial Driving Experience
  • Ability to mount and dismount trucks multiple times daily
  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to drive day or night; some weekend work may be required as business conditions dictate
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry and safe driving procedures
  • Work effectively in all weather conditions and customer work environments

Summary:

Imua Inclusion Preschool will further Imua Family Services’ involvement in providing services to young children ages 2 years 8 months through to kindergarten-eligible age. The Imua Inclusion Preschool Teacher is responsible for the implementation of activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for early childhood development and ensuring the highest standards of care are met for children in line with agency, local, state, and national standards. The teacher collaborates with a team consisting of direct service and administrative staff and is responsible for instruction, management, oversight, and on-going development of preschool programs operated by Imua Family Services. This person reports to, and meets weekly with, the Preschool Director and other staff. Job responsibilities will be reviewed in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Imua Family Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching:

  • Use demonstrable familiarity with relevant client information and supervise staff on ECE recommended practices.
  • Foster an open and inclusive style of management to constantly review performance and redesign services as necessary
  • Monitor and assess performance of self and individuals within areas of responsibility to make improvements or take corrective action
  • Independently manage work, caseload, and related responsibilities

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

Residential Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring & Support: Guide residents in communication, peer relationships, problem-solving, and meeting their recovery goals.
  • Daily Living Skills: Teach cooking, personal hygiene, budgeting, and other essential activities of daily living.
  • Safety & Crisis Response: Maintain a safe and respectful environment, respond to emergencies, and document incidents in line with MHK policies.
  • Program Activities: Organize and participate in social, educational, and recreational activities that align with residents’ interests.
  • Household Operations: Assist with shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Resident Supervision: Monitor residents’ well-being and behavior, reinforce positive habits, and provide support during challenges.
  • Medication Support: Oversee residents’ self-administration of medications as appropriate to the level of care.
  • Clinical Documentation: Accurately document progress notes, service plans, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Service Planning: Collaborate with case managers to help residents meet their individualized goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

Residential Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Coursework in psychology, social work, or human development; or experience in behavioral health or human services
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emotional tolerance under stress, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Certifications (required upon hire or annually): CPR, First Aid, TB Clearance
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
    • Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
