The Lead Child & Family Services Clinician will provide quality clinical treatment to clients as assigned by the Intake Coordinator and/or the Department Director. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of varied ages seeking treatment. Complete all documentation and paperwork specific to each department and in compliance with hospital requirements, DMH, The Joint Commission, and insurance regulations. Responsible for managing caseload through consultations, collateral contact, and following up with the client on missed appointments. Maintain Productivity Benchmarks, current level of professional licensure, & CAQH credentialing.

The Lead Child & Family Services clinician will also be responsible for some administrative oversight of the child & family services team, including regular case consultation, complaint resolution, caseload and productivity oversight of other clinicians on the team, payroll and other duties as assigned.

I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Salaried clinicians are expected to work a specific number of hours per week which is comprised of clinical hours (billable activity), administrative time (treatment notes, meetings, supervision, etc.), education and training, and program operations. Attendance at staff meetings, supervisions, and the Quarterly All Staff meeting is required.
2. Salaried staff are expected to meet productivity benchmarks and to also contribute to program development; represent the program/hospital at internal and external meetings; help to coordinate certain specialized groups, programs, or activities; and to develop new clinical or didactic skills to enhance treatment or increase staff knowledge.
3. Electronic Medical Record will remain up-to-date, complete, professionally written, and in compliance with regulatory agencies.
4. Contribute to the creation of a professional treatment setting by always showing respect for clients, co-workers, the institution, and being part of developing an atmosphere without gossip and prejudice.
5. Continually seek out information and develop professional skills to work with a broad range of disorders, and expand and share knowledge of resources.
6. Each staff member will share responsibility to ensure that program needs are met. This includes working on-site at least one evening per week and having a presence in the office during assigned hours. This may include covering groups/clients when another clinician is out, and handling clients who walk-in for treatment.
7. The Director approves all changes in staff schedules; including work done at home, and adjusting schedules to meet client needs.
8. Only assignments assessed to be well beyond the normal responsibilities of a staff person within the scheduled work-week may result in the specific reduction of total available time which will, in turn, reduce productivity obligations for that individual during that period. Productivity time is earned only through billable clinical service hours.

1. Graduation and training from an accredited graduate program with a current unrestricted licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration: MA/MSW, PhD (L.I.C.S.W/L.M.H.C/L.M.F.T.).

Position Summary:

Collaborates as a member of inter-disciplinary treatment team for the development and delivery of treatment plan and discharge plans for palliative care patients. Performs a variety of duties involving patient assessment, emotional support, family meetings, bereavement support, and complex care transitions.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Conducts intake interviews with patients and families to develop psychosocial evaluations.
2. Participates in team planning of treatment during initial interview and family meetings for goal setting and care planning. Coordinates discharge planning for own case load. Plays key role in case management. Collaborates with outpatient providers to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
3. Provide liaison function between palliative care team and social service, care coordination and patient representative departments. Provide liaison function between palliative care team and community hospice, home care agencies, long-term care facilities, government agencies, and other community services as needed. Develop referral network as directed.
4. Attend weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and contributes to cases and teaching. Teaches students, residents and fellows in palliative care concepts during bedside rounds, scheduled didactics and clinical rotations. Provide training and continuing education for staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Portfolio Management and Donor Engagement (55%)

  • Manage a portfolio of 600–800 mid-level donors and prospects with a focus on retention, re-engagement, and upgrading support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to renew and increase gifts, including general operating, programmatic, and special initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships through a blend of in-person meetings, phone calls, personalized emails, handwritten notes, and impact reporting.
  • Conduct Buell Public Media Center tours and make funding requests as appropriate.

Stewardship, Segmentation & Events (25%)

  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to design and execute stewardship plans tailored to donor interests and giving patterns.
  • Use CRM data to strategically segment donor lists and create meaningful, targeted touchpoints.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of cultivation and stewardship events, including on-site tours, donor receptions, and community gatherings.

Data Management & Prospect Strategy (15%)

  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all donor interactions, strategies, and contact information in RMPM's CRM (ROI REV).
  • Follow internal moves management/Veritus processes to document activity and progress toward goals.
  • Analyze donor data to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize donor communications.

Renewal Support & Copy Review (5%)

  • Support in-house renewal campaigns by reviewing mid-level giving lists, updating letter copy, and coordinating with the Philanthropy team on segmented outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Create annual and long-term engagement plans for donors in portfolio.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual benchmarks for donor touches and meaningful connections in order to meet revenue goals.
  • Regularly identify and refer planned giving prospects to appropriate team members.
  • Prepare proposals, briefing materials, and stewardship reports as needed.
  • Support cross-team collaboration by staying informed about organizational priorities and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications of Position

Machine Operator Summary:
This entry-level Machine Operator position completes all aspects of processing coins, i.e. roll cracking, coin wrapping, coin-sorting, coin verifying, and specialty processing. This position is held to a daily production quota standard. Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. Basic English reading and writing skills are required.

  • Full-Time position pays $20.00/hr. Top performers can earn additional money for exceeding the daily production quota.
  • $2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
  • Shift Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MACHINE OPERATOR:

  1. Manually load machinery with loose product (coin).
  2. Monitor machinery functions and repair as directed.
  3. Package and audit the finished product for quality and accuracy.
  4. Fold, inspect, seal (glue), and stamp boxes for finished product packaging.
  5. Load and replenish production supplies including paper, boxes, glue, etc.
  6. Document production activity.
  7. Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
  8. Maintain inventory control.
  9. Adhere to established safety and security procedures and policies.
  10. Utilize company equipment (electric pallet jacks and forklifts) as directed in the location.
  11. Sort and verify coins by denomination to ensure accuracy.
  12. Wrap sorted coins by denomination using automated equipment.
  13. Other duties or special projects as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS include the following:

  1. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
  2. Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) and production paperwork.
  3. Aptitude and ability to learn and apply production, small machine repair and maintenance and/or warehouse work techniques.
  4. Basic English reading and writing skills are required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of production employees in the operation of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine centers, Swiss Machine and/or electrical discharge machines (EDM). Review production schedules and ensure staffing levels are appropriate.

  • Oversee and coordinate and monitor work activities of production employees in throughout production floor to ensure materials produced meet customer specifications and company standards.

  • Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hiring, evaluations, corrective actions and/or promotions.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training and onboarding of employees.
  • Work with and among cross functional teams to meet production goals and standards.
  • Ensure employees work safely and follow safety guidelines.
  • Work with cross functional teams toward achievement of program initiatives and goals.
