What You'll Be Doing

• Lead regional equipment and fleet functions to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with corporate and manufacturing standards;  Create and maintain 5-year replacement/rebuild plans for major mobile equipment
