About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead its teams in a mature and craftsmanship-focused product phase. Responsibilities include partnering with the CEO to define the technology vision, identifying and prioritizing technical improvements, and overseeing the planning and execution of product refinements. The VP of Engineering will also be tasked with leading the company's AI transformation and must be prepared to make judgment calls on where to invest engineering capacity for the highest customer impact.
