Head of Demand Generation
Techment Technology Inc
dallas, tx
Compensation: 180.000 - 240.000

Techment Technology is a Microsoft Solution Partner in Data and AI, helping US mid-market companies modernize their data infrastructure, deploy intelligent automation, and build AI-native capabilities on the Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystem.

We are hiring a Head of Demand Generation to build and lead our demand generation engine from the ground up. This is a player‑coach role. You will personally drive pipeline while simultaneously building the team, tools, and processes that scale output beyond what any individual can produce alone.

You will have full P&L and team authority over the demand gen function, reporting directly to the CEO. If you have built demand gen machines for IT services firms before, know what great outbound looks like, and thrive in a build environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will own demand generation for Techment end-to-end: strategy, team, tooling, budget, and results. How you get there is yours to figure out.
  • In your first 90 days, we expect you to assess what is working, discard what is not, and begin generating qualified pipeline personally. You will not wait for the perfect system to be built before you start producing.
  • Beyond that, you will build the engine: the people, processes, and technology stack that makes pipeline generation repeatable and scalable. Whether that means AI-powered outbound, account-based programs, Microsoft co-sell motions, content, events, or some combination we have not thought of yet, we care about what works, not how you get there.
  • You will work directly with the CEO to align on target accounts, pipeline health, and go-to-market priorities, and with our delivery team to translate our work into compelling market narratives.
  • The one non-negotiable: results. Pipeline is the output we measure.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation for IT Services (not SaaS, not product companies). You understand services buying cycles, relationship-driven deals, and how to generate pipeline for an intangible offering.
  • Demonstrated personal track record. You can name specific campaigns, channels, and the pipeline numbers they produced.
  • Deep outbound experience targeting US mid-market buyers (Directors, VPs, C‑suite).
  • AI-native operator. You use AI tools to multiply your output, not just manage a team that does.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a demand gen function from a low base, not just manage one that is already running.
  • Experience building and developing high-performance demand gen teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft partner ecosystem experience: co-sell motions, Microsoft field seller relationships, and partner-led pipeline generation.
  • Vertical domain knowledge in Insurance, Utilities, or Financial Services.
  • Hands‑on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), intent data tools, or AI SDR platforms (Clay, Apollo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Data and AI stack: Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Copilot.

Key Success Indicators

This is an output-driven role. Success will be measured on:

  • Qualified pipeline generated: Volume and quality of sales-ready leads produced.
  • Outbound reach and coverage: Breadth of target accounts actively in sequence.
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion: Ensuring leads handed off are genuinely sales-ready.
  • Microsoft co-sell traction: Relationships built with Microsoft field sellers leading to referral pipeline.
  • Team output: Demand gen function performing consistently and at scale.

About Us

Techment Technology is a Microsoft Solution Partner (Data and AI) headquartered in Bhilai, India with US presence in the Dallas/Frisco area. We build data modernization, agentic AI, and managed analytics solutions for mid-market US clients, primarily in Insurance, Utilities, and Retail, on the Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystem.

We are a 150-person firm known for building stable, long-term client relationships built on trust and consistent delivery. Founded with a mission to build a world-class technology firm in Tier-2 India, we combine the cost efficiency of an offshore-first delivery model with the technical rigor and partnership quality of a US-facing firm.

Head of Marketing
Perfect Venue
santa fe, nm
Compensation: 210.000 - 260.000

About Us

The more AI does, the more people want to be in the same room. The retirement party. The rehearsal dinner. The offsite where a team that has only met over video finally sits at one table.

Someone has to make those gatherings happen, and today that person is drowning. Private events and group dining are an $80 billion market in the United States, and most of it still runs on email chains and spreadsheets or legacy software.

At Perfect Venue we are on a mission to bring communities together by making it effortless to plan events. We combine intuitive software with AI agents that make it easy for venues to increase sales, save hours every week, and bring their communities together.

We are backed by top investors and operators like the Hustle Fund, Defy.vc, Amity Ventures and are used by thousands of venues nationwide from Michelin star restaurants to your favorite bar.

About the Role

We are hiring our first Head of Marketing. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the leadership team.

You own how the market understands Perfect Venue and how much pipeline shows up because of it. This is a hands‑on role. You will write the copy, build the campaign, and pull the reports yourself and use AI at every step of the way. We work with several agencies across performance, content, and design. You will own those relationships: the scope, the budget, and the quality bar.

This role is based in San Francisco, in office 3 days per week. We want you here for the founder, sales, and customer conversations that happen in person.

Note: The title is flexible based on previous experience and performance assessment.

What You'll Own

Demand Generation

  • Own the inbound pipeline number. Build the engine across paid search, paid social, retargeting, events, and partnerships, and know the CAC, payback, and conversion rate of every channel in it.
  • Work as one motion with our BDR, inside sales, and account management teams. Marketing here is measured in qualified pipeline and closed revenue, not in just leads delivered.

Lifecycle

  • Own the journey from first touch to closed won and beyond. Nurture, onboarding, trial conversion, reactivation, and expansion campaigns that give account management a reason to reach out.
  • Build the segmentation and triggers in HubSpot so the right message reaches the right venue at the right moment, without a person queuing it up.

Content and SEO

  • Run a content engine that ranks, gets shared, and gives our reps a reason to reach out. Blog, video, customer stories, and the site itself.
  • Own organic search as a durable channel, not a side effect. Topic strategy, site architecture, and the pages that compound over years.

Brand and Social

  • Sharpen why a venue should pick Perfect Venue over the incumbent, and make that argument consistent across the website, the sales deck, and the first call.
  • Run our presence where hospitality operators actually spend time. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, industry associations, and the conferences where event directors compare notes.

Marketing Operations and Analytics

  • Own the stack and the numbers. Attribution in HubSpot the sales team believes, clean reporting from spend to closed revenue, and a weekly view of what is working.
  • Use AI to run more experiments per quarter than a team twice this size, and kill the ones that do not pay.

Who You Are

Essentials

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, including time owning a pipeline number you were held to.
  • You have been the person who builds, not just the person who directs. You write your own copy and run your own campaigns.
  • You use AI tools daily and have changed how your team works because of them.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You define the strategy rather than waiting for one.
  • You can read a funnel. Conversion rates, CAC, payback, and channel mix are how you argue, not gut feel.
  • You have managed agencies and gotten real work out of them. You know the difference between a partner and an invoice.
  • You have sold to operators, not just to other software people.

Nice to Have

  • Restaurant, hotel, or hospitality tech experience.
  • SMB and mid-market motion with both self-serve and sales-assisted paths.
  • Experience marketing against an entrenched incumbent.
  • HubSpot fluency.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation including meaningful equity you’ll actually be able to use
  • Medical, vision, and dental with paid premiums for you, cost‑sharing for dependents
  • Flexible PTO & 401(k)
  • Daily lunches when onsite
  • Unlimited book budget
  • Company laptop
  • Complimentary One Medical membership for you and your family

Perfect Venue is committed to building a winning team

We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. We will work to provide reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities.
