SHERLOQ Solutions is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to personally drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across healthcare organizations within an assigned geographic region.

This is a individual contributor, quota-carrying role responsible for selling SHERLOQ's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-driven sales professional with deep healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, a strong executive network, and the ability to independently manage complex sales cycles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations
  • Build relationships with healthcare executives including CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, Patient Financial Services leadership, and operational stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain referral and channel partnerships to expand territory reach and generate new opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Maintain, grow, and accurately manage a strong opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual individual revenue targets
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Structure tailored service offerings leveraging SHERLOQ's full RCM capabilities
  • Lead contract negotiations and close new business with minimal oversight
  • Represent SHERLOQ at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Stay current on healthcare revenue cycle trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position SHERLOQ's value proposition

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven success developing new business and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Experience selling healthcare services or revenue cycle management solutions
  • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, accounts receivable, or reimbursement workflows
  • Existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or physician groups in the Southeast or Midwest (strong advantage)

Pay Range: Base: $85,000 $125,000, +commission. Competitive earning potential based on performance.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
