We're currently seeking a full-time Sign Production Specialist/Sign Installer to join our production team. This role is responsible for the production and installation of a wide variety of signs and graphics, including vinyl lettering, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, dimensional lettering, stand-off mounted signage, banners, and other custom visual communication solutions. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with both production equipment and onsite installations. Responsibilities include laminating materials, weeding and applying vinyl graphics, preparing files and substrates for production, and operating large format printers, plotters, routers, and cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment where priorities and project requirements can shift throughout the day. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates are essential to success in this role. What you will do

In this vital role you will report to the Night Shift Utilities Manager and be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical utility systems that support manufacturing, process development, and quality operations across the ARI facility.

In this role, you will be expected to work a 12-hour shift (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule. This includes extra benefits such as receiving an added 15% shift differential, and also getting premium pay for any Sundays worked. The schedule during the initial on-boarding phase for this role (2-6 weeks) will be administrative (Monday through Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex utility systems and associated equipment that support manufacturing and laboratory operations.
  • Maintain critical plant utilities including: Purified Water, Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam, Clean Compressed Air, Plant Steam, HVAC systems, Chilled water systems, Process cooling tower water, Wastewater treatment systems, Heating hot water, Domestic hot and cold water systems, Bulk storage and laboratory gas systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities including: Equipment inspections and testing, Minor and major equipment overhauls, Pump rebuilds and replacements, Valve rebuilds and replacements, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, Piping modifications and repairs.
  • Maintain and service equipment such as: Industrial Air Handling Units (AHUs), ?30C freezers, 2C chillers, Air compressors, WFI stills, Clean steam generators, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Execute maintenance activities safely using site safety programs including: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, Hot Work, Electrical Energized Work (EEW), Contractor Safety programs.
  • Drive Right-First-Time execution and ensure quality completion of maintenance tasks.

Tax Manager, Partnerships

As a Tax Manager, Partnerships, you will be responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items including but not limited to section 704(b) and taxable income allocations, capital account maintenance, liability analysis and allocations, section 734(b) and 743(b) adjustment calculations and Tax Receivable Agreement (TRA) calculations. In this role the Tax Manager, Partnerships will apply their knowledge and experience to understand potential partnership taxation issues and assist in the preparation of partnership specific computations. The Tax Manager, Partnerships is key to the leadership team of the STS Partnership Practice and actively participates in the development of the group. In addition, the Tax Manager, Partnerships is an active participant in process improvement and team-building initiatives, maintains client relationships, and acts as a source of guidance to other team members.

Job Duties:

Tax Specialization:

  • Maintains and develops an in-depth understanding of the technical and practical issues and opportunities regarding partnership taxation

Research:

  • Identifies when research is needed; clearly and concisely frames issues to be researched; and clearly and concisely reports the analysis
  • Identifies complex issues to be researched by engagement team and provides research methodology for efficient research process
  • Trains associates and senior associates on research skills and helps to appropriately frame tax issues for analysis
  • Involves firm specialists, as appropriate

Tax Consulting:

  • Assists with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits, especially by decreasing clients' current and future taxes
  • Applies the combination of tax knowledge and knowledge of business/industry to recommend solutions
  • Maximizes client benefits, especially by decreasing client taxes, while managing risk
  • Implements applicable Firm strategies
  • Manages client expectations

Tax Specialization:

  • Develops an in-depth understanding of the technical and practical issues and opportunities regarding partnership taxation
  • May be required to participate in organizing and conducting, effective external CPE training sessions in area of specialization, involving Firm specialists, at a minimum of once per year
  • Trains and mentors' associates, senior associates, and managers
  • Other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects
  • Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provides review comments
  • Trains associates and senior associates on how to use all current software tools
  • Acts as a career advisor to associates and senior associates
  • Schedules and manages workload of associates and senior associates
  • Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates and senior associates

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred
  • Master's in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred

Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience, required
  • Specialized partnership experience, required
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferred
  • Private equity experience, both fund and portfolio company levels, preferred

License/Certifications:

  • CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent ("EA") (or the equivalent of one of these designations), preferred
  • Possession of other professional degrees or certifications applicable to role, preferred

Software:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
