Who We're Looking For
We're not just looking for someone who can drive a truck-we're looking for a high-character, dependable road warrior who takes pride in doing things right, showing up every day, and being a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.
    • Full-Time Driver
    • 2 years CDL Driving Experience

    • Leads with respect and represents the company like it were your own.
    • Has a get-it-done attitude , a strong back, and even stronger values.

    • Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.

  • You're comfortable with some on-call expectations -we hustle when needed.
  • You're looking to grow -not just clock in and clock out.
What You'll Get
  • Steady hours, competitive pay, and overtime when the job calls for it.
  • A company that backs its drivers and treats you like part of the team-not just a name on a route sheet.
  • Full benefits package , including:
    • 401(k) with match
    • Health, dental & vision insurance
    • Paid time off
    • Life insurance & more
