As Suvie s CDL B driver, you ll report directly to the VP of Logistics and support all areas of Suvie Meal fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, hardworking, and extremely organized.

In this role, you will:

  • Operate a 26 Box Truck with a reefer unit (26k GVW and 33k GVW)
  • Safely transport frozen goods across state lines
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Communicate effectively regarding pickup schedules and any issues that arise during transport
  • Handle heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading materials, using manual pallet jack

You should have:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced, roll up your sleeves environment
  • Valid commercial driver s license (CDL B) with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues is a plus
  • Strong physical stamina for occasional lifting and long hours operating your vehicle
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
  • Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

Logistics and Details:

  • Lodging and food per diem based off 2026 US GSA guidelines.
  • $.62 - .64 per mile rate
  • 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week, start Sunday nights, back to Indianapolis, IN by Wed/Thurs morning.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Lead Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider, you will support the delivery of high-quality neurosurgical care to inpatients, including pre- and post-operative management.

Every day, you will function as the clinical and operational leader of the neurosurgery APP team and collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, nursing, and hospital administration to promote clinical excellence, continuity, and efficiency. Your role includes oversight of APP workflows, onboarding, scheduling, coordination of education and training, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.

To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead and optimize the delivery of high-quality neurosurgical care for inpatients, encompassing pre- and post-operative management. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership in overseeing APP workflows, fostering clinical excellence, ensuring continuity and efficiency, and collaborating seamlessly with neurosurgeons, nursing, and hospital administration to drive quality and safety initiatives.

  • Obtain medical histories when necessary.
  • Perform physical exams (within established protocol).

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

We re implementing a $0.04 per mile raise for our Crete and Shaffer OTR (21-day) national fleets, with starting pay on those fleets now $0.68 $0.71 per mile, with the top 50% of those drivers now averaging over $107,000 annually. Since April 2026 alone, we ve given our over-the-road drivers a $0.07 per mile increase.
