Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
  • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
  • Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
  • Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including l ocal, multiple-stop delivery using hand-cart, ramp, pallet jack preferred.

• Monday AM to Monday AM (7a-7a)
• 24-hour call and 8 hours per day M-F
• Scheduled procedures for 4.5 hours per day in the morning Wed, Thurs and Friday (occasional Monday) 7:30-12pm
• 4 hours of office time as well for clinic occasionally
• Inpatient in the afternoon
• Consults Only (No Admissions or Discharges)
• No ERCP or EUS
• Average of 10-12 inpatients

• There is an APP to help with hospital coverage Monday-Friday from 7:30/8 AM until 3:30/4 PM
• There is no APP coverage on weekends/nights/holidays
• Must be Board Certified
