Responsibilities

  • Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies

  • Evaluates and treats occupational medicine patients in accordance with Agile's medical practice model

Requirements

  • Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment

  • DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
