Responsibilities
As a Crisis Services Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Manage day-to-day operational issues across crisis services on assigned shift.

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking passionate, committed Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team. Our FCT team provides weekly individual and group supervision as part of our evidence-based model—ensuring you're supported, growing, and never working alone.

What is Family Centered Treatment?

Family Centered Treatment is a fully implemented, home-based, trauma-informed model designed to stabilize or reunify families. We help families identify practical solutions, strengthen relationships, and break cycles of intergenerational trauma. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: Families have incredible strengths—and we help them use them.

What You'll Do

  • Work a flexible schedule , including some evening hours based on family needs.

  • Learn and apply the FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with full support from your supervisor and team trainer.

  • Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles, meeting fidelity expectations (5 hours/week per family).

  • Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families , depending on travel.

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Record system.
