Primary Care Physician (Immediate or General Interest)

Be among the first 25 applicants. Get AI‑powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.

About Us

At Greenbrook Medical, we believe seniors deserve more from the healthcare system—more time, more care, more coordination, and more heart. We provide high‑touch, relationship‑based primary care to seniors, built around one simple idea: deliver the kind of care we’d want for our own parents.

Founded by two brothers—Raj and Neil Machhar—and inspired by their father’s pioneering work in Medicare Advantage, Greenbrook is deeply personal and proudly modern. We quarterback our patients through their healthcare journey, making sure they’re never alone in a complex system. Our business model is designed around patient outcomes, not volume—so we only succeed when our patients thrive.

With roots in Tampa Bay and a partnership with Tampa General Hospital, we’re growing thoughtfully to bring our model to more communities. Our team is the heart of it all: mission‑driven, values‑oriented, and relentlessly committed to taking the best care of our patients.

About the Role

Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients. This model emphasizes work‑life balance while delivering a concierge‑like experience for patients. With a panel size limited to 500, physicians typically see around 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit to address each patient's needs thoroughly.

Patient appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., leaving additional time for urgent patient needs and administrative tasks. Administrative burdens are significantly reduced thanks to a dedicated team of coders who handle pre‑charting and post‑visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation. Medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks, enabling physicians to focus entirely on patient care and providing an exceptional experience.
