Maintenance Technician

This position is located in Toledo, Ohio. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment with minimal supervision using safe techniques and schematics. Perform electrical tasks and incidental work as needed to achieve assigned task.
  • Perform electronic component replacement per familiarity and/or training. Verify equipment as functional and leave the area clean and safe.
  • Operate in response to requests by Maintenance Supervisor or support personnel and set priorities as required to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Utilize measurement devices to hold print tolerances and industry standards while performing machine repairs and assembly.
  • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve operational uptime and equipment life. Recommend improvements and/or changes to PM systems/tasks when applicable.
  • Follow designated work instructions as outlined for specific functions. These include, but are not limited to; PM work orders, utilizes eMaint CMMS system, continuous improvement tasks, new machine installation set-ups and changeovers, and repair/refurbish assignments.
  • Update drawings/prints, order and maintain spare parts and suitable replacements, and perform various forms of machine repair/rebuild in a professional manner per line-up and schematics.
  • Maintaining and repairing the building and assets both inside and outside the property.
  • Electrical experience and knowledge in 480V 3-phase, 120V, DC voltage, high AMP loads and Delta and Y systems.
  • Willing to attend training courses either on or off site.
  • Follow standard practices and all governmental regulations and laws relating to powered equipment.
  • Must be able to work independently, follow through and complete tasks, and handle a multitask workload.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Technical degree or Journeyman Card (Preferred)
  • Good electrical and mechanical skills, as demonstrated through an aptitude test.
  • 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience preferred, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Must have strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic arms, welding, basic fabrication, and overall machine troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and systems up to 110 volts.
  • Familiarity with complex machinery, electrical circuits, and plant operating equipment.
  • Knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical codes, techniques, and standards.
  • Skills in interpersonal relations both written and oral communications.

Physical Demands

  • A physically demanding position requiring lifting and carrying up to 60lbs. The ability to stand continuously is essential with occasional walking and sitting. The nature of this position will require employee to perform a wide range of physical activities ranging from pushing and pulling objects up to 30lbs, reaching, bending, and squatting.

Position Summary

Latigo is seeking a Manager of Program Management to work closely with the Acute Program Lead and serve as the operational backbone of the acute pain program team as the asset advances toward NDA submission and U.S. launch. We are seeking a qualified installer to support the growth of Automotiq and collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional service.

Basic Function:
The Automotive Window Film Technician’s primary duty is to install and/or remove all types of window film to automotive vehicles. Automotiq also installs PPF, Vinyl, and Ceramic Coatings. The installer is familiar with the process of cutting and installing solar control film and other automotive services like car wrapping. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including but not limited to repairs, warehouse inventory, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Install window film or other products as indicated according to company and IWFA and manufacturer standards
  • Check film out and in each day on computer by job
  • Thoroughly read file notes for special instructions; walk customer through the order and verify that everything is correct prior to beginning install
  • Plan film cuts so as to waste as little film as possible
  • Take utmost pride in providing the cleanest, most efficient installation possible
  • Explain film care instructions and obtain signature on all required forms
  • Complete paperwork for customers; acquire necessary signatures; collect payment
  • ALWAYS portray company in a positive manor to customer and co-workers
  • Maintain professional and polite communication and relationship with the customer
  • Maintain accurate daily inventory of film and supplies
  • Participate in company formal inventory processes
  • Maintain the company supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 Years of experience installing at a professional window tint shop
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • This position requires the ability to lift 70-150 pounds, and be able to bend, stretch, and climb ladders without back restrictions.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

How you will contribute

Compensation

Position Overview...

The Director of Rooms is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, and related guest-facing departments. This role ensures seamless delivery of a luxury guest experience from arrival to departure, drives financial performance, oversees service excellence and brand standards, and develops high-performing teams aligned with the 1 Hotels vision and values. The Director of Rooms is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, Reservations, and related guest-facing departments. This role ensures seamless delivery of a luxury guest experience from arrival to departure, drives financial performance, oversees service excellence and brand standards, and develops high-performing teams aligned with the 1 Hotels vision and values.

GENERAL DUTIES:
  • Provide leadership and oversight of all Rooms Division departments, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional luxury service from curb to pillow
  • Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for the hotel, engaging with guests, VIPs, and partners while resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead and embed service excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and quality assurance results
  • Oversee guest recovery and problem-resolution processes, ensuring issues are addressed proactively during the guest stay
  • Partner with reputation and guest experience leaders to analyze feedback trends and implement service and product enhancements
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance for the Rooms Division, including productivity, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Develop and manage the annual Rooms budget, capital planning initiatives, and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with hotel leadership
  • Actively participate in revenue management strategies to maximize Rooms revenue, RevPAR, upselling opportunities, and overall profitability
  • Oversee rooms renovation projects, public space upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs in collaboration with Engineering and ownership
  • Lead talent planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development across the Rooms Division, including succession planning
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and team members to exceed guest expectations and support career growth
  • Drive colleague engagement through action planning, recognition programs, communication meetings, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Resolve colleague concerns professionally and in a timely manner while fostering trust and collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with all departments, corporate partners, and tourism stakeholders
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for the Rooms Division, balancing the needs of guests, colleagues, owners, and the brand
  • Lead compliance with quality audits, brand standards, internal audits, and luxury ratings, ensuring continuous improvement year over year
  • Champion sustainability initiatives within the Rooms Division, supporting environmental programs and innovative green practices
  • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing of guests and colleagues through crisis preparedness, emergency procedures, and risk management
  • Serve as an active member of the hotel’s crisis management team and support crisis communication execution within the Rooms Division
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging service innovations to enhance the guest experience
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards with self and colleagues
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Embody the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission and Compass; deliver on Our Promise, provide Good-Natured Service and uphold our Brand Pillars
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by executive leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within a Rooms Division, including Department Head or Division Head roles
  • University degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest engagement skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform under pressure
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and sustainable operations
  • Ability to lead with vision, creativity, accountability, and a positive, people-first mindset

Salary range: $170,000 - $185,000
