Job Summary and Qualifications
The Transplant Coordinator functions as a nurse in an expanded role. Coordinates all potential transplant patient evaluations. Serves as liaison with the transplant team, nephrologists, consulting services, dialysis facilities, dietitians, and social workers as they involve pre-transplant patients. Coordinates and presents all preoperative teaching and scheduling for recipients and living donors. Coordinates flow of patients on UNOS waiting list with OPO. Available on-call for recipient donor calls.
Travel to Wichita, KS and Springfield, MO. once a month is required for this role.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Build, install, repair electrical and electronic circuits used on machine tools and plant equipment
* Apply knowledge of operation of electronic circuits to locate defects using instruments
* Test faulty equipment
* Apply knowledge of operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose malfunctions
* Utilize oscilloscopes, signal generators, electronic counter, recorders, etc.
* Calibrate and service electronic testing instruments
* Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex machine tools and related equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines
* Support electrical aspects of new equipment installation
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrate comprehension of oral instructions and/or printed work orders to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs
* Satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in electrical and electronic theory and application relating to plant operations and equipment
* Demonstrate an intermediate working knowledge of interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams
* Possess three years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing intermediate tasks on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment
* Obtain two years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing basic mechanical installation or repair to equipment

* Conduit bending experience

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Build, install, repair electrical and electronic circuits used on machine tools and plant equipment
* Apply knowledge of operation of electronic circuits to locate defects using instruments
* Test faulty equipment
* Apply knowledge of operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose malfunctions
* Utilize oscilloscopes, signal generators, electronic counter, recorders, etc.
* Calibrate and service electronic testing instruments
* Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex machine tools and related equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines
* Support electrical aspects of new equipment installation
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrate comprehension of oral instructions and/or printed work orders to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs
* Satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in electrical and electronic theory and application relating to plant operations and equipment
* Demonstrate an intermediate working knowledge of interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams
* Possess three years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing intermediate tasks on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment
* Obtain two years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing basic mechanical installation or repair to equipment
Desired Qualifications
* Conduit bending experience

Caterpillar has exciting opportunity for an Electrician at our East Peoria, IL (Undercarriage Building BB) facility! Pay starts at $37.67 plus $1.00 per hour shift differential (for 2nd shift). This full-time position offers benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K etc. We offer a $5,000 retention bonus for this role. The bonus is paid in two installments of $2,500 at the end of each calendar quarter. New hires are eligible for the first installment at the end of the quarter in which they start.
As an Electrician, you will be responsible building, installing and repairing electrical and electronic circuits used on machine tools and plant equipment. While applying your knowledge the operations of electrical units and systems, you will test and diagnose malfunctions.
