Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. Do you enjoy shopping? Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. Online orderfillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers. Christie Clinic's department of Cardiology is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Receptionist from Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at the University clinic in Champaign. This position will require the ability to travel to the Bloomington on Empire clinic to support the Cardiology department.

Duties include performance of skills through the delivery of patient care using a systematic patient assessment. Further duties include greeting clinic patients upon arrival, assisting with the check in process, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and assisting with the checkout or rescheduling process. The receptionist will also serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Job Qualifications and Expectations

  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments prior to appointment.
  • Clean and restock rooms at the end of the day.
  • Perform chart preparation according to department standards.
  • Maintain and update patient medical record upon visit including allergies, medications, etc. and enter into the electronic medical record.
  • Appropriate use of flag system per standard work in department.
  • Review and respond to the electronic medical record work list per department standard work.
  • Complete lab order entries and appropriately handle patient specimens (including communication to patient per department standard work), as needed.

Job Description

Summary:

The Solar Facilities Management Technician will work within a team to perform vegetation maintenance and abatement.

This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom-based training pertaining site maintenance and safe work practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all co-workers and contractors demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, state and local codes, and Strata Solar O&M safety policies and procedures during the performance of facilities management activities.
  • Conduct vegetation maintenance and abatement on solar power generation plants.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of vegetation management equipment including, but not limited to mowers, tractors, string-trimmers, hedge trimmers, rotary cutters, tractor implements, and hand tools.
  • Ensure that assigned vehicle, tooling, electrical devices, software, and company property are maintained.
  • Assist with interdepartmental maintenance activities as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Clear understanding of safe work place practices and procedure.
  • Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours, and weekends.
  • Ability to operate in a manner consistent with organizational policies, procedures, and vision.
  • Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with peers, supervisor, and all other individuals both within and outside of the organization.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Work is to be performed in the field and occasionally in the field office.

About the Job

Cutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape Manager to lead day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on management role working directly with landscape crews on job sites across East Texas.

You'll oversee landscaping and irrigation projects, manage crews, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll be in the field every day - not behind a desk.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise multiple landscaping crews in the field
  • Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and crew assignments
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are prepped and loaded each morning
  • Perform quality control checks on job sites throughout the day
  • Communicate with clients and Account Managers regarding job progress
  • Monitor safety, time tracking, and productivity on all projects
  • Resolve on-site issues and coach crew members as needed
  • Support installation of landscape elements, irrigation systems, and hardscapes when necessary
  • You hold crews accountable for quality, efficiency, and safety. You make quick decisions in the field and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, starting around 7:30 AM
  • Hours vary depending on job load and weather
  • Occasional Saturday work during peak season
