Essential Functions:

  • Monitoring and supervising the care of those members whose health status and situation involve complex observations
  • Reviewing referrals from CCSP care coordinators, evaluating the member's needs during initial and subsequent visits, and identifying and assigning the appropriate staff to provide the member care needed
  • Developing and revising member care plans as appropriate and reviewing the content of member care plans during each supervisory visit and communicating all revisions to appropriate staff
  • Supervising personal support aides and licensed practical nurses
  • Completing clinical records, including documenting progress notes and supervisory visit entries
  • Reviewing, signing, and dating all clinical record entries made by the personal support aides assigned to those members whose health status and situations involve complex observation.
  • Reviewing and co-signing all documentation of the LPN's supervisory visits within ten (10) days of each visit and following up immediately on all concerns raised by the LPN.
  • Communicating member care needs with other CCSP providers, member Representatives, caregivers, and/or CCSP care coordinators
  • Making appropriate recommendations to CCSP care coordinators regarding member services
  • Conducting face-to-face visits in the member's home to re-evaluate the needs of those members whose health status and situation involve complex observations
  • Arranging for orientation and in-service training of staff
  • Educating the member, member's representative, and/or caregiver(s) about the member's health status, level of functioning, and health care needs reporting changes in the member's status/condition to the member's physician.

Supervisory functions of the RN include:

  1. Meeting with the member and, when appropriate, the member representative and/or caregiver in the member's home to conduct a face-to-face supervisory visit with the member whose health status and situation involve complex observations
  2. Conducting an in-home supervisory visit at least once per year to observe and monitor the in-home performance of the personal support aides who provide care to those members whose health status and situation involve complex observations
  3. Completing timely, pertinent supervisory notes that include the documentation required by CCSP General Standards.

The RN must have the followings:

  1. A current Georgia license to nursing and render services as a RN in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Professional Registered Nurses Practice Act
  2. A minimum of two years' experience in home health services or a related field; (prefer experience working with older populations)
  3. The ability to supervise personal support aides
  4. The ability to communicate effectively
  5. The working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations for Private Home Care Providers
  6. The working knowledge of the policies and procedures of the CCSP, SOURCE, ICWP AND THE GAPP MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAM

Essential Job Functions: Instructor/writer providing training including classroom training, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises as part of performance-oriented training. Responsible for simulation/virtual training and/or field exercise training. Duties include testing, planning, completing additional training, providing remedial assistance, and other course administrative matters. Is expected to follow and understand the Program of Instruction, adhering to task, conditions, and standards.

As a subject matter expert participate in revisions and making pen and ink changes to Programs of Instruction, lesson plans, and training support materials to ensure training is doctrinally updated and accurate, reflecting current training strategies.

Expected to maintain equipment, enter faults, perform PMCS, prepare classrooms and training environments, and conduct and record academic counseling.

Required Education and Experience:

Have completed the Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFDIC), or its equivalent within the last five (5) years and the TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Course (ISCC). Must complete refresher training if outside the five years.

Have completed Blackboard 101 Instructor Training within 3 years of work and dependent on the course being instructed.

Must possess the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and Additional Skills Identifier (ASI) specific technical training for which being hired and have been certified.

Must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in the technical and tactical training experience in the MOS for which they are performing the instruction.

Possess a minimum of three years specific experience in teaching, developing or reviewing course materials, training aids, and manuals.

Possess knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding the MOS.

Capable of passing all hands-on and written student tests in accordance with the Ordnance School Instructional Management SOP.

Be proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization, planning, coordination, and time management skills.

Possess effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Experience developing and updating lesson plans and training materials.

Possess outstanding communicative skills both verbal and nonverbal.

Be able to successfully complete all required training during period of employment.

Specific Qualification Requirements based on position being hired:

Possess one (1) of the following MOSs: 91S, 91K, 915A, 913A or 63B/ASIR4: OR shall have a minimum of three (3) valid 91S10 modules certifications issued by the Ordnance School. Possess a minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in knowledge and hands-on skills in performing field level maintenance on the Stryker family of vehicles to include the suspension systems, steering systems, hydraulic systems, fire extinguisher/suppression systems and vehicular armament and associated items. Have a current EPA Section 609- Clean Air Act 1990 (Auto A/C) Certification.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information Management or related discipline or the minimum experience listed below

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively.
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.

🔹 Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments
