The Day-To-Day

  • Train Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers and Helpers on job responsibilities
  • Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
  • Label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
  • Ensure food quality is superior and take action to correct any irregularities
  • Communicate with management and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
  • Assist the Executive Chef by controlling purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists and inventory of all kitchen items
  • Prepare and administer kitchen schedule
  • Assist Executive Chef by establishing goals and objectives that focus on profit, product and people

The Ideal Candidate

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor/chef in a culinary environment
  • 5+ Years of prior relevant experience working in a high volume restaurant production as well as in a hotel/casino environment preferred
  • Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred
  • Associate's Degree in F&B and/or course certification from an accredited Culinary Institute preferred

Work with SM to ensure all PBE professional customers have the correct pricing loaded for your market while maximizing profits and staying competitive.

Complete required FastTrack training modules relevant to position.

Drivers must be able to safely operate delivery vehicles and work independently throughout the day. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Administrator (RN) to oversee the clinical operations of multiple branches, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead with integrity and heart.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Administrator, you will provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight across assigned hospice branches. This role supports Branch Administrators, guides interdisciplinary care teams, ensures compliance, and drives performance improvement across clinical programs.

  • Oversee direct and indirect clinical care delivery for multiple branch locations
  • Provide leadership and support to Branch Administrators and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with business development to strengthen referral relationships and census
  • Monitor operational indicators and support budget planning and expense management
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations
  • Supervise clinical documentation and recordkeeping practices
  • Conduct performance evaluations and mentor branch leadership
  • Serve as acting Branch Administrator as needed
  • Provide hands-on RN case management support when required
  • Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
  • Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in hospice or home health strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Active BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities
