  • Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
  • Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person care delivery
  • Must have office space with ability to see clients in California area
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to trace issues, investigate root causes, and provide data-driven insights. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure decisions are fact-based, customer needs are clearly understood, and business value is prioritized.

This individual will also groom and manage the backlog to ensure requirements are well-defined and ready for development within an Enterprise AI team. The ideal candidate comes from a functional background, brings strong communication and collaboration skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. A strong curiosity for AI is important, including exposure to AI tools or initiatives and the ability to think conceptually about how AI impacts workflows and user experience (e.g., simple UI or input-level improvements that enhance outcomes).

Responsibilities:

Backlog & Requirements Management

  • Partner with the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager to manage a high volume of incoming requests
  • Refine, prioritize, and groom the backlog to ensure items are actionable and aligned to business value
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements with defined acceptance criteria
  • Ensure all work is properly prepared and “ready for development”

QA & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expected outcomes
  • Identify gaps, defects, or misalignments between requirements and final builds
  • Work closely with developers to document, track, and resolve issues
  • Ensure business sign-off prior to production release

Issue Investigation & Data Analysis

  • Investigate and trace user-reported issues to determine root cause
  • Review logs, dashboards, and reports to validate and diagnose problems
  • Conduct basic SQL queries to extract and validate data when needed
  • Use existing tools and insights platforms to analyze system behavior and performance

AI & Product Support

  • Collaborate with developers to support AI-driven solutions (including GPT-based tools and platforms)
  • Help ensure data inputs are structured, accurate, and aligned to use cases
  • Provide feedback on AI outputs and recommend improvements to responses, workflows, and usability
  • Contribute ideas for simple UI/UX enhancements that improve user experience and adoption

Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications & Skills
