Job Description

Triad Complete Healthcare is looking for an industrious PA/Nurse Practitioner interested in ownership of their own practice. We are a growing network of clinicians and management partners focused on providing better clinical outcomes for patients, and a better atmosphere for providers. You will own and operate a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic.

This agreement guarantees ownership of one’s own practice, and oversight over one’s own staffing and office needs. We will provide a full suite of administrative support and expertise to include:

  • providing full EMR
  • credentialing
  • billing and coding
  • hiring assistance
  • employment contracts
  • on-site training
  • hands on management assistance
  • back-end support

Our management services group provides higher level support without opting to control wide aspects of your practice. Our main priority is making your practice run effectively, pleasantly, and in a financially healthy manner without burning you out. Though our partnership, you can own your own practice and multiply your income giving you the freedom to invest and improve your practice, and invest in yourself.

We will handle all the setup work for your practice, and absorb many of your recurring operating fees, and assist in hiring a manager to help you run your practice. We will provide continual assistance to your manager.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

How you make a difference

The Psychiatrist provides a comprehensive range of psychiatric services to incarcerated patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. Additionally, the Psychiatrist provides clinical consultation to mental health and health care staff on identified cases, ensuring high-quality mental health care for inmates. The position requires a strong commitment to providing compassionate care, sound clinical judgment, and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric services to inmate patients, including evaluations, treatment, and monitoring of psychotropic medications in compliance with professional and company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure uniformity of mental health services and documentation of psychiatric services.
  • Provide supervision and oversight to psychiatric nurse (if applicable) and consultation/training services to mental health and medical staff.

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Supplemental Orthopedic Hospitalist to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, CA.

We are seeking a Supplemental Orthopedic Hospitalist to provide intermittent coverage within our Adult Orthopedic Surgery Hospitalist Program. This role is ideal for physicians who maintain an ambulatory practice but wish to contribute to inpatient orthopedic care on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient orthopedic care during scheduled 24-hour shifts.
  • Respond to urgent consults and manage perioperative care.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, APCs, and hospital staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Complete all required documentation, transfer-of-care tasks, and participate in multidisciplinary discussions as needed.

Schedule

  • Intermittent 24-hour shifts based on program needs.
  • Must maintain one-hour response time during off-site hours.

Compensation

  • Shift-Based Pay: Supplemental physicians are compensated per 24-hour shift according to the SMG Supplemental Shift Rate Table (paid monthly after shifts worked).

Role

Verrus is looking for candidates to serve as software-focused Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Verrus. This is a full‑time position based out of the Mountain View, CA office.

Verrus takes a very technology‑forward approach to designing data center infrastructure - we operate at the intersection of leading‑edge electrical and mechanical engineering, control systems, and software engineering. As a result, software development at Verrus spans a broad space, including integration with physical infrastructure as well as third‑party vendors and systems. The Software Infrastructure team touches every aspect of Verrus, from integration with corporate IT to the data center systems.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of software engineering and critical infrastructure operations. Your primary objective will be to treat infrastructure operations as a software problem: building tooling, automation, platforms and integrations that allow Verrus to deploy and manage software infrastructure with high reliability and scalability.

You will work closely with several teams across the company: software optimization developing the Verrus optimization engine, controls, mechanical and electrical engineering, and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : architect, deploy and maintain robust infrastructure applying a software programming mindset, ensuring environments are testable, reproducible, and scalable.
  • Tooling & Automation : write high‑quality, maintainable code (primarily in Golang) to build internal developer tools, CLI tools, and automation scripts that reduce toil and streamline deployment pipelines.
  • Cluster Management : manage and orchestrate containerized applications using both AWS EKS and HCI (Hyper‑converged infrastructure) ensuring optimal resource allocation for workloads.
  • Reliability & Observability : design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (primarily using Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to ensure high availability and visibility enabling rapid incident response.
  • CI/CD Optimization : help optimize the CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, safe, and frequent code deployments across environments.
  • System Architecture : collaborate with the broader team to design and implement resilient distributed systems that can avoid Single Points of Failure (SPOFs).
  • Mentorship : provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid‑level engineers, championing SRE best practices and software engineering principles within the infrastructure domain.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang is required. You should be comfortable writing production‑grade software, not just scripting.
  • Deep experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration.
  • Proven track record of managing infrastructure using code (Pulumi preferred).
  • A solid foundation in computer science or software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bare‑metal provisioning or hybrid‑cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with energy data standards and protocols (e.g, Modbus TCP, DNP3, MQTT), IoT protocols, or industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with NATS or other publish/subscribe technologies.
  • Familiarity with Rust and functional programming basics.
  • An understanding of distributed systems and general RPC architectures.
  • Ability to efficiently identify and resolve issues using problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment and picking up new technical areas of expertise.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $150,000-$180,000. Salary is only one part of Verrus’ comprehensive compensation package, which also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, general health benefits and paid time off. Compensation is determined by multiple factors, including market location, and may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a full or part time Fellowship trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join a well-established practice located in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. Our practice is primarily outpatient with daytime coverage for hospital consultation and consultative coverage at nights and on weekends. Weekend call coverage is shared between several MFM specialists in Anchorage.

Our full-service, referral-based practice offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. We provide prenatal diagnostic procedures including ultrasounds, amniocentesis, CVS, fetal echocardiography, and intrauterine procedures. The schedule is a typical workweek, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm with 36 patient facing hours per week.

The selected candidate will join one MFM physician with over 20+ years of experience, one genetic counselor, two OB-certified Sonographers, one RN Case manager, CMA, and support staff. The MFM clinic is AIUM-certified in all OB exams and Fetal Echocardiography utilizing GE E10’s with Viewpoint. The practice utilizes Epic EMR.

Support includes the only Level III NICU in the state that provides 24-hour comprehensive specialty care for premature and high-risk infants delivered at PAMC or transported to PAMC NICU, as well as the sickest of full-term infants. On-site Pediatric Surgery and Cardiology, 24-hour Anesthesia, and Radiology.
