This is a role for someone who wants to build an enterprise machine, win strategic accounts, and help define the modern retirement category.

You will deploy the full enterprise sales toolkit with significant freedom to grow Basic Capital's enterprise business into the go-to choice of retirement plans for the world's most innovative companies.

  • Navigate complexity with speed, discipline, and creativity
  • Represent Basic Capital with confidence, clarity, and conviction

You are a closer with taste.

You can run a deal cycle end-to-end, but you also understand that winning enterprise is about trust, timing, narrative, and precision.

You have:

  • High horsepower and a strong bias toward action
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • A track record of closing large, complex deals
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and significant freedom
  • A desire to win category-defining customers, not just incremental revenue
  • You want a role where you can build something real and be directly responsible for outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Experience closing enterprise and strategic accounts in a complex sales environment
    • Strong discovery, qualification, and deal execution skills
    • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes
    • Comfort with ambiguity and building in an early-stage environment
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, ops, and leadership
