Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM). This is an on-site role where you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.
You’ll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is more than just a supervisory role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact by optimizing processes, reducing losses, and driving operational excellence. - Production Leadership – Oversee all activities on your assigned shift, ensuring production goals, material changes, and schedules are met.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution
Compensation
The annual salary range is $76,200 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

$27,669.00 - $58,865.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
