As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations.
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving a tandem trailer, tractor trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations. Turns around and delivers full trailers with various products to domicile/shuttle yard locations in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards.
- Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Ensures all required route paperwork is with tractor trailer load and available to driver upon dispatch.
- Drives and delivers trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
- Performs hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
- Parks and stores tractor trailers in designated areas.
- Ensures all equipment and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Collects and secures damaged goods and customer returns in empty trailer to bring back to driver check-in at base facility and complete necessary paperwork.
- Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience• 6-12 months commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement
• Must be 21 years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Work required 3rd shift schedule, Sunday –Thursday nights (schedules may vary)
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location.

This nurse will complete venous and central lab specimen collections for the oncology patient population. This position is located in the Prairie Center and serves the Avera Cancer Institute clinic patients. Hours for the position are 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. This location is closed on weekends and holidays.

A Brief Overview
The RN is responsible for the collection of Line-Based specimens as well as peripheral vein phlebotomy. The RN is responsible for providing front line evaluation of patient condition presentation to ensure that any variance is brought to the attention of the appropriate clinician in a timely manner in accordance with established protocols.

- Develop and execute the ITSM roadmap, advancing the maturity of core service management processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and Continual Service Improvement
- Establish and maintain governance for ITSM processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring policies, standards, data integrity, process compliance, and accurate configuration information to support service delivery, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements.

A Brief Overview

A Brief Overview
Reporting to the Regional President and CEO of Avera St. Luke's and working collaboratively with the Chief Mission Officer of Avera Health as well as mission leaders across Avera Health, this position assures the integration of the mission and values into strategic and operational decision making within all assets of the Avera St. Luke's Region. A member of the regional leadership team, the Vice President of Mission oversees mission programs and services, manages the coverage and structure of the regional mission team, and establishes and implements accountabilities for key roles and services on the mission team. The Vice President of Mission works collaboratively with all stakeholders in shaping the culture of Avera, which is grounded in Avera's values and expressed in an organizational spirituality established by the founding faith communities of Avera, the Yankton Benedictine Sisters and the Aberdeen Presentation Sisters.
What you will do
- Leads the integration of heritage, tradition, mission and values of Avera and its founders amid the changing context of health care. Educates and inspires persons throughout Avera recognize how their work advances the mission, values and healing ministry. Able to read the signs of the times to ensure evolving strategies are suited to bring Avera into the future with integrity.
- Serves as a partner in ensuring that the mission and values are expressed in Avera’s policies, practices and procedures. Collaborates with leaders to ensure recruitment, selection and retention are inclusive and consistent with Avera’s mission and values.
- Responsible for the creation, delivery, measurement and integration of effective programmatic services under mission, including formation, spiritual care, ethics, community needs assessments, and volunteerism.
- Cultivates an integrated spiritual life, articulates lived faith experience and the meaning it brings, as well as encourages and empowers individuals and Avera to do the same. Establishes community and relationships with diverse persons and groups, including local clergy, community partners.
- Applies theological training to the practical and pastoral issues encountered in health care. A Brief Overview
Responsible for providing care and services to meet the needs of the assigned facilities through strategic and accountable leadership. - Responsible for total nursing care of residents and the accuracy of the nursing care records. Participates in the selection of prospective residents based on nursing care needs and nursing personnel competencies available.
- Oversees all Federal/State SNF Conditions of Participation including admissions, MDS/Care planning process, restorative nursing and care delivery.
- Establishes and implements policies/procedures for the total care of residents inclusive of nursing activities, social services, and delegated medical care.
- Determines, along with the Administrator, the numbers and levels of nursing personnel. Establishes staffing pattern to provide quality nursing care 24 hours/day.

- Delegates and monitors non-nursing responsibilities to other staff consistent with their training, experience, competence, and legal authorization and with nursing home policy.
- Understands/coordinates Medicare/Medicaid coverage requirements.
- Assures that a comprehensive plan of care is established and implemented per regulations for each resident. Interacts with the physicians/providers to plan care for the residents. Assures that discharge and transfer planning for residents is conducted.

What will you be doing?
Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.
To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
Engage in Program related communications with client’s field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).
Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication.
Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.
Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports
Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points
Perform other duties as requested
What do you need for this position?
Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred
A self-starter with high personal motivation
Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.
Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred
Adult oncology experience
The base pay range for this position is $84K – $156K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical Educators in an assigned geography
- Ensure compliance is followed in every aspect and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment across operational, compliance, and people leadership responsibilities
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within assigned region
- Support operational execution of all contractual program requirements
- Maintain working knowledge of program technologies including CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare, review, and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications prior to distribution
- Conduct regular field visits with Clinical Educators, including documented coaching and Field Coaching Reports
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reports
- Accumulate field feedback and insights to bring back to Inizio and client leadership and optimize program success
- Monitor roster changes including launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational adjustments
- Support leadership coverage as needed during planned or unplanned absences
- Utilize financial and operational data to guide decision-making and control costs
- Travel within assigned region as required

What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)

What will you be doing?
Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.
To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
Engage in Program related communications with client’s field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).
Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication.
Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.
Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports
Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points

What do you need for this position?
Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred
A self-starter with high personal motivation
Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.
Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred
Adult oncology experience
The base pay range for this position is $84K – $156K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

A Brief Overview
Responsible to plan, organize and implement social work services for patients and families that are medically and socially complex and greater psychosocial acuity; assuring that the medically related emotional and social needs are addressed on an individual basis. The Social Worker will facilitate quality care/education for patients and their families. Is skilled in counseling individuals and groups. Responsible to assess needs and facilitate plans with patients/families requiring intensive discharge planning. Maintains a current knowledge base of community agencies and resources to facilitate appropriate referrals. The Social Worker provides services in a compassionate, culturally competent and tactful manner in order to help facilitate access to and provide continuity of care and patient advocacy. Works collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
What you will do
- Interviews patient and family members to obtain information about home environment, family systems, health history, and patient’s personality traits.
- Evaluates data gathered in terms of the medical plan of treatment, available social service programs, financial counseling and plan a pertinent therapy program that will provide maximum benefits and safety for each patient.
- Assists patients and families to understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations with emphasis on assisting patient to be medically compliant with care plan.
- Performs a variety of services such as advising on social problems, arranging for discharge or post-operative care at home, assisting patients/families needing placement into assisted living or nursing homes, arranges for transportation to appointments and treatments, and works to alleviate anxiety and fears of patients and family members.
- Conducts supportive visits by interviewing patients and their family members to obtain information regarding their response to their diagnosis including evaluation of strengths, coping skills, supports, characteristics of family, health history and personality traits. Prepares and maintains patient documentation in EMR.
- Maintains department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance program, safety, infection and environmental control.
- Assists with data collection, analysis and reporting as required by the hospital, administrative council, care teams, JCAHO, and other agencies.
- Conducts individual, marital, family and group therapies as necessary. Coordinate care conferences as needed. Serves as the social work representative in multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
- Utilizes research findings to improve outcomes and support, and provide quality of life for patients and their families. Works collaboratively with Case Management in providing coordinated services, which facilitates continuity of care for our patients.
- Works with emotional problems including but not limited to assisting patients, residents and families with anxieties and stress caused by illness, admission to hospital/nursing home, crisis situations, difficulties in coping with physical disabilities, fears related to helplessness and death, the need for nursing home/assisted living/specialized care, and providing educational materials.
