Compensation: 157.800 - 238.275

Job Description Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ever evolving Payrix Product team and help shape the future of global commerce. This role will help to define product strategy and drive key product decisions for financial visibility and reconciliation experiences across the Global Payments for Platforms business.

What You’ll Own

This role will begin with a focus on Payrix, our payment facilitation platform, and expand over time to support broader initiatives across the Global Payments for Platforms portfolio. You will work directly with software platforms, finance teams, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to understand how customers manage financial operations and operationalize financial data. You will translate those insights into scalable product capabilities, reporting experiences, APIs, data‑access solutions, and enablement programs that help customers operate financial services with confidence. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of payments, financial operations, customer experience, reporting, data accessibility, and product strategy.

Customer Discovery & Market Understanding

Develop a deep understanding of how software platforms manage financial operations across payments, settlements, funding, fees, revenue sharing, and reconciliation. Engage directly with software platform executives, finance teams, operations teams, controllers, analysts, and data teams to understand workflows, objectives, and priorities. Identify common jobs‑to‑be‑done across software platforms and translate those insights into product strategy and investment priorities. Serve as the voice of the customer for financial visibility, reconciliation, reporting, and data‑access experiences. Build strong relationships with key customers and use those relationships to inform product direction and decision‑making.

Financial Visibility Strategy

Define and evolve the product strategy for financial visibility and reconciliation experiences across Global Payments for Platforms. Drive decisions on where the organization should invest to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and customer self‑service. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Operations, Support, Implementations, and Engineering to identify and prioritize opportunities. Balance customer needs, platform scalability, commercial priorities, and technical realities when making product recommendations. Help establish a long‑term vision for how software platforms access, understand, and operationalize financial data. Define strategic priorities and influence roadmap decisions across multiple product teams and platform capabilities.

Reconciliation Experiences & Enablement

Define experiences that help customers understand and operationalize financial activity across payments, settlements, payouts, fees, chargebacks, reserves, and revenue‑sharing programs. Lead development of customer‑facing playbooks, workflows, documentation, and enablement assets. Make decisions regarding standardization of reconciliation workflows, reporting experiences, documentation, and self‑service capabilities. Evaluate competing customer requests and determine scalable solutions that can serve multiple platform segments. Drive initiatives that improve customer understanding and reduce reliance on manual processes.

Reporting, APIs & Data Accessibility

Partner with engineering and platform teams to shape reporting, API, data‑feed, and financial‑data‑access capabilities. Advocate for scalable, reusable solutions that support customer needs across multiple platform segments. Help define standards and best practices for financial data accessibility and consumption. Ensure customers have the tools and information necessary to successfully operationalize financial data within their own environments. Influence decisions regarding how financial information is surfaced, consumed, and integrated into customer workflows.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Lead cross‑functional discussions and facilitate decision‑making across Product, Finance, Operations, Support, Implementations, Commercial, and Engineering teams. Drive alignment when priorities, stakeholder needs, or approaches differ. Partner with product teams across Global Payments for Platforms to identify opportunities that improve financial visibility and customer outcomes. Influence product roadmaps and investment decisions through customer insight, business impact, and strategic thinking. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for financial visibility and reconciliation‑related initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

Establish a clear strategy for financial visibility and reconciliation capabilities across Global Payments for Platforms. Develop a deep understanding of how software platforms manage financial operations and financial data. Build strong relationships with key customers and become a trusted partner for understanding customer needs in this space. Improve customer self‑service through scalable reporting, API, data‑access, and enablement experiences. Increase adoption of financial visibility products and self‑service capabilities. Reduce dependency on manual processes by creating repeatable and scalable customer experiences. Establish clear frameworks for prioritization and decision‑making within the financial visibility and reconciliation space. Build strong partnerships across Product, Finance, Operations, Support, and customer‑facing teams. Influence meaningful product and investment decisions that improve financial visibility outcomes for customers and the business.
