Position Summary
Our Dining Room Servers are the friendly faces our residents look forward to seeing every day. You'll work with our culinary team to provide outstanding dining service in our beautiful restaurant-style dining room while helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every meal.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents with a smile and provide friendly, attentive service
- Serve meals professionally while answering basic menu questions
- Create a positive dining experience through excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen support duties as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates to provide exceptional service
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:

- Dependable, reliable, and eager to help others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Able to obtain or maintain a Food Handler's Card
- Able to successfully complete a background check
