Position Summary:

Day In The Life:
As an Back-End Pharmacy Technician, you will work to ensure all medication needs and regulatory standards are met for our patients. You will work in various workstations allowing you to grow your skillsets further. Our back-end team focuses on order fulfillment in our closed-door pharmacy setting, including packaging and dispensing of medication, reviewing delivery orders and bins for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations. Additional tasks and responsibilities include:
- Rotating and working in various assigned pharmacy workstations including: Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging
- Receiving product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely
- Performing physical inventories of medication

Required Qualifications:
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Education:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $26.21This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Skilled Nursing Health Center. This senior leadership role oversees all clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds a high-performing nursing team while partnering closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
$135K-$175K (DOE) plus performance-based incentives
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting routine rounds throughout the Health Center to monitor resident well‑being, assess quality of care, and confirm that staffing patterns align with current resident needs and acuity levels.
- Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and appropriate nursing services consistent with resident care plans, regulatory standards, and evidence‑based practice.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and staff, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges, coordinating closely with partner hospitals and teams across Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Independent Living for seamless transitions of care.
- Leading, supervising, and developing nursing and department leadership teams, including responsibility for hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and addressing staff feedback and concerns.
What you need to be successful in this role
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred, or a comparable blend of education and relevant professional experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, ideally in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to best‑practice standards.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and comfort navigating computer‑based documentation, communication platforms, and reporting tools.

The Work
The Navigation Systems Engineer will lead the design, development, integration, and verification of cutting edge navigation solutions for aerospace systems. This role works within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high performance, resilient navigation architectures that meet stringent mission and safety requirements.
Define and evolve navigation system architectures e.g., GNSS, INS, Sensor Fusion ( Kalman filtering, Bayesian methods)
Interface with cross functional teams - software, supplier, program management, and customers to align technical solutions with program goals.
Capture, trace, and verify system requirements using DOORS or equivalent tools; ensure compliance with MIL STD and customer specifications.
You will contribute to system design and requirements development, ensuring system architectures, interfaces, and behaviors align with customer and program needs.
You will be integral to identifying, analyzing, and resolving software and system-level defects to maintain mission readiness and reliability.

Qualifications:
