Director of Business Development - Good Company

Salary Range: $200k -$300k + bonus incentive

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a rainmaker — a polished, ambitious business development leader who wins the rooms that matter. As Director of Business Development, you’ll be the face of Good Company to developers, owners, and institutional capital partners, building the relationships and the pipeline that fuel our next chapter of growth.

This is a role for someone who sees a marketing and leasing pitch not as a sales meeting, but as the start of a long-term partnership — and who has the craft, conviction, and connections to win it. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our COO, CEO, and senior leadership to shape strategy, set the tone of our brand in the market, and convert ambition into signed mandates — elevating each opportunity with innovative strategies, bold creativity, and a relentless focus on results.

What You’ll Own:

  • New client acquisition. Originate, qualify, and close new marketing and leasing engagements with developers, owners, and institutional capital partners across multifamily, mixed-use, and emerging asset classes — from pre-development through lease-up.
  • Pipeline & pitch leadership. Build and steward a disciplined BD pipeline, lead RFP responses end-to-end, and craft pitch presentations that earn the win — from first outreach through signed agreement.
  • Strategic relationships. Cultivate enduring relationships with developers, owners, brokers, lenders, and advisors who shape where capital and product go next — representing Good Company and the broader Domain Companies platform with credibility and care.
  • Industry presence. Represent the firm at conferences, panels, and roundtables that matter in our markets — bringing back the intelligence that sharpens our positioning.
  • Strategic counsel. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the COO, CEO, and senior leadership team, translating market signal into BD strategy, pricing posture, and product roadmap.
  • Cross-functional execution. Partner with our marketing, leasing, technology, and operations teams so every engagement we win starts strong, scopes well, and delivers on the promise of the pitch — from concept to closeout.
  • Forecasting & accountability. Maintain rigor on pipeline, revenue forecasting, and reporting — giving leadership a clear, current read on where the business is headed.

What You’ll Deliver — Year-One KPIs:

  • New mandates. A defined book of net-new marketing & leasing engagements signed within the first 12 months, tied directly to your compensation.
  • Revenue growth. Measurable contribution to top‑line growth and portfolio expansion against agreed annual targets.
  • Pipeline health. A fully built, well‑qualified pipeline with strong conversion economics and predictable forecast accuracy.
  • Win rate. Best-in-class conversion on competitive RFPs and direct pitches.
  • Brand presence. Elevated visibility in target markets through speaking placements, conference presence, press, and inbound interest.

Who You Are:

  • 7–10+ years building business development or revenue functions inside a marketing & leasing firm, brokerage, real estate operating company, or related advisory practice — with a proven track record of closing.
  • Deeply networked among NYC and tri‑state developers, owners, and capital partners, with relationships you’ve built and kept warm over time.
  • Fluent in the language of multifamily, mixed‑use, and lease‑up — you can credibly discuss absorption, rent strategy, unit mix, FF&E, brand positioning, and merchandising.
  • An owner‑operator mindset: you think in 360— connecting design, data, operations, and experience — and you understand what makes a project built to last.
  • An instinctive storyteller and pitch-builder — comfortable in front of an executive committee, and meticulous about the narrative, the deck, and the follow‑through.
  • A disciplined operator: you live in your CRM, run a clean pipeline, and treat forecasting as a craft.
  • Excellent negotiator and communicator with the patience to play the long game and the closing instinct to bring it home.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).

How You’ll Win Here:

  • Strategic thinking and market insight that compound across cycles.
  • Relationship craft — you build trust quickly and keep it for years.
  • Negotiation and closing instinct, paired with the patience to play the long game.
  • Financial fluency and proposal craft.
  • Cross-functional leadership — you elevate the work of every team you touch.
  • Self-driven, results-obsessed, and quietly relentless.

The Team You’ll Join:

Behind every success at Good Company is a team of specialists who live and breathe their craft — strategists, creatives, and operators united by a shared belief in doing good work with good people. You’ll partner closely with the COO, CEO, and senior leaders across marketing, leasing, technology, and property management to bring our next chapter of growth to life.

Logistics:

  • Location: Based out of our headquarters at 120 Broadway, Suite 1340, New York, NY. Hybrid schedule with regular in‑market presence.
  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.

Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Application

Develop and integrate new features into Govini's Ark platform Supply Chain Application

Location: Arlington, VA, United States

About The Role

Govini transforms Defense Acquisition from an outdated manual process to a software-driven strategic advantage for the United States. Our flagship product, Ark, supports Supply Chain, Science and Technology, Production, Sustainment, and Modernization teams with AI-enabled Applications and best-in-class data to more rapidly imagine, develop, and field the capabilities we need. Today, the national security community and every branch of the military rely on Govini to enable faster and more informed Acquisition decisions.

We are seeking a product-oriented leader to lead the development of the Supply Chain Application within the Ark platform. This is an individual contributor role responsible for prioritizing, rationalizing, and integrating new features and existing prototypes into our Supply Chain Application. As the product owner, you are accountable for delivering valuable and differentiated solutions at scale, end-to-end, within our Ark platform. You will also partner with our sales and implementation teams to shape how we talk about our Supply Chain offering in the marketplace in a way that resonates with our customers.

Govini's application-aligned product managers are responsible for thinking broadly across the communities we serve and delivering solutions that provide value to a wide range of customers. They partner with account-aligned PMs, as well as our sales and implementation teams, to broadly scale 'in-the-field' solutions and improve the configurability and adaptability of our platform. In this role, you will partner with customer-aligned PMs to integrate prototype workflows and capabilities into full production within the Ark. You should be highly motivated by the market adoption of the solutions you successfully launch.

In order to do this job well, you must possess exceptional judgment when it comes to identifying opportunities to deliver customer value in a productized way, as well as in the relative prioritization of those opportunities. You must work effectively cross-functionally in often ambiguous circumstances, distilling market opportunities to a clear set of objectives and solutions, and articulating the value of those solutions both internally and externally.

In a typical week, a product manager could expect to:

  • Spend several days on site with users, seeking to understand how users across a variety of accounts utilize Ark to relieve pain points and triangulate the commonalities to build new, valuable workflows in the Ark.
  • Draft a clear and compelling articulation of customer problems, and what a good solution to those problems would look like in the Ark.
  • Partner with the sales team to help assess opportunities and understand the degree to which customer requirements align with product capabilities and roadmap
  • Define how those solutions deliver value across a wide range of customer environments and determine what features are necessary to support broad adoption of the solution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver the most promising capabilities.

This is a full-time team member position, working in the office at our Arlington, VA, location. This role may require up to 40% travel.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • For new product features, define the addressable market size, the competitive landscape, the near-term sales opportunities, and alignment with the overall product strategy
  • Validate concepts using the value proposition canvas/business model canvas, build a comprehensive business case, and communicate and defend the prioritization internally
  • Partner with internal engineering and data science teams to scope the expected associated investment costs/timelines, and ensure that the business can deliver on scope, contractual obligations, and agreed-upon timelines
  • Facilitate market introduction of new features/functions while balancing tradeoffs of risk, cost, and speed
  • Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features/functions into Ark for utilization across customer accounts

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • 5+ years in a product or software role, including experience with enterprise software (B2B or B2G)
  • Domain experience and expertise in Supply Chain or related fields
  • Strong value orientation, understanding of what matters for our customers, and why
  • Self-starter, owner mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related field
  • Experience in or around DoD
  • Full product lifecycle experience, from early idea through production and maintenance
  • Familiarity with the value proposition canvas and/or business model canvas frameworks
  • An advanced degree in a business or technical field
  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
  • Current possession of a U.S. security clearance at the Top Secret level, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship

We firmly believe that past performance is the best indicator of future performance. If you thrive while building solutions to complex problems, are a self-starter, and are passionate about making an impact in global security, we're eager to hear from you.

Govini is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and protected veterans status or any other characteristic protected by law.

  • Revenue growth. Measurable contribution to top‑line growth and portfolio expansion against agreed annual targets.

Senior Product Marketing Manager
Latent
new york, ny
Compensation: 120.000 - 180.000

Senior Product Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how every product reaches the market.

What you’ll own

You will own positioning, packaging, launch, and partner go-to-market at Latent – reporting to the VP of Brand. PMM phases in once the engine is live and proof is flowing, then becomes the connective tissue between product, sales, partners, and the press.

Run launch beats end-to-end

  • Plan the product-launch calendar: PR, content, event, and sales beats in lockstep with product
  • Coordinate every launch as a campaign, not a press release: ABM, paid, lifecycle, partner, analyst all firing on the same beat
  • Define narrative, packaging and positioning per release

Own positioning and the category move

  • Sharpen, refine and evolve Latent’s positioning
  • Maintain the messaging house and the proof points that ladder up to it
  • Run positioning and messaging exercises with leadership when product or category shifts

Power sales with sharp narrative

  • Build the sales-enablement library pitch decks, persona‑specific narratives, objection handling, talk tracks
  • Equip sales with the right story for each persona CPO, CFO, CIO, frontline manager etc
  • Run regular pitch reviews and field‑sync rituals so messaging stays alive on calls

Build the partner co‑marketing playbook

  • Define how Latent co‑markets with technology and channel partners
  • Coordinate joint case studies, webinars, and sponsored content
  • Partner with the Director of Growth on partner‑driven pipeline

Lead analyst and trade‑press positioning

  • Manage the PR agency on tier‑1 trade and business‑press placements
  • Run analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, Advisory Board) – get Latent on the maps that buyers consult
  • Land founder and executive thought‑leadership in the category‑defining venues

Coordinate event narrative

  • Own the narrative arc at major events
  • Partner with the customer marketing on the customer voice in every event
  • Make every event presence feel coherent same story, different room

How we work

  • We actively use AI tools to accelerate execution across every function
  • We work closely across growth, brand/creative, sales, product, partnerships, and PX
  • We value rapid experimentation and new ways of working
  • This is a role for someone excited to rethink how product marketing is done, not run a launch checklist

What success looks like

  • Every product launch lands with PR, content, event, partner, and sales firing as one
  • Positioning that sales, partners, and press repeat back to us
  • A sales‑enablement library reps actually use
  • A partner co‑marketing motion that contributes measurable pipeline
  • Latent on every analyst map that matters and quoted in the trade press the category reads

You’ll do well here if

  • You’ve spent 7+ years in product marketing in B2B tech, ideally in regulated or healthcare‑adjacent categories running launches end‑to‑end across narrative, sales enablement, PR, partner, and analyst
  • You think in launch beats and moments, not features
  • You have strong narrative instincts you can hold a category‑shaping story and a buyer‑specific pitch in the same frame
  • You write the kind of sales narrative reps actually want to use
  • You’re comfortable with analyst relations, trade press, and executive thought leadership
  • You actively use AI tools to extend output and shorten cycle time
  • You believe positioning is a system, not a deck and you’re confident operating across product, sales, growth, and partner teams
  • Your operationally excellent and extremely organized
