The Opportunity

About The Role

As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager/Director of Finance to build and lead Blooming Health’s finance function through our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast and will be able to travel to our NYC office monthly or as needed.

This leader will serve as a key business partner to the executive leadership team, owning financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, financial infrastructure, strategic finance initiatives, fundraising support, and financial governance across the organization. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Be able to reach over head. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, walking, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
