Job Responsibilities

  • Trains and leads kitchen personnel

Summary/objective:

Essential Duties

  • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with supervisory direction and factory standards.

  • Can work independently on most tasks and may begin training Tech C. Assist the Tech A with complex repairs and diagnosis.
  • Repair knowledge of Brakes, A/C services, Transmissions, Power Steering and Suspension Repairs and more. Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
  • Examines assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Partner with the Center Manager if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
  • Documents all work performed and recommended. Road tests vehicles as needed.
  • Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notify the manager immediately of any damage that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
  • Keeps the shop areas neat, clean and organized.
  • Maintains and is accountable for all store-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Understands, and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know -this includes any SOP of our company guidelines and rules.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Reports any safety issues immediately to management
  • Participates in organization-sponsored training programs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Three (3) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $150,000 - $258,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. POSITION DETAILS

The National Account Manager is responsible for building new-business pipeline, delivering masterful brand- forward presentations, and closing prospective regional and national clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, Qualify, and Close new clients while maintaining both top and bottom-line consideration.

  • Manage assigned key house accounts by providing a World Class Client Experience through project management, forecasting, floor-plan design, sales order processing, and upselling.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Collaborative team player who builds relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly skilled in CRM, ERP, and project management systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the Killbuck Campus, as well as client locations and industry events as needed.
