The Relationship Banker is a frontline financial partner that is part of a supportive and dynamic member focused sales team. Job Duties:

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow conducts in-depth research on the 135 African objects in the Barnes collection. Working collaboratively with the Director of Research and Interpretation as well as with Barnes conservators, s/he reconnects this group of objects to knowledge from their source communities, places them in their cultural and historical context, traces their provenance, and integrates new technical/conservation study into our understanding of the life of the object. The Postdoctoral Fellow delivers this new research in the form of both internal and public facing materials. S/he disseminates this knowledge to academic, community based, and general audiences by organizing scholars' days, presenting lectures to public and to Barnes staff and volunteers, teaching Barnes classes, developing a tour, and producing text and other materials for the website.

Job Responsibilities Include

  • In concert with the Director, Competitive Swimming, lead the establishment of the swim team mission, values and vision.
  • Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the YFD Swimming Program.
  • Direct the daily operations of the YFD Swimming Program, with special emphasis on the Age Group program.
  • Direct, recruit, train, and manage the team of Assistant Coaches.
  • Assist with drafting and achieving YFD budget as well as the overall Aquatic Division budget.
  • Accountable for the successful achievement of Age Group registration target numbers.
  • Oversee and promote the YFD Team Store in partnership with TYR, ensuring families purchase required and recommended team apparel and equipment through the YFD website.

  • Research customers' needs, interests, and desire for new products and, in collaboration with the Director, Competitive Swimming, explore delivery options of these products.
  • Develop and achieve Team Store annual budget.
  • Direct operations and provide oversight as the liaison with Teamunify and TYR.
  • Schedule and manage session balances for private coaching athletes
  • Oversee the Swim Squad program to create a strong bridge between recreational and competitive aquatics.
  • Direct the delivery of high-quality programming and pool experiences at 92NY and off-site locations.
  • Coordinate with various departments including Marketing, Building Operations and Public Relations to effectively promote and run aquatics programming.
  • Schedule and organize special events including team banquets, fundraising, senior recognition and community engagement events.
  • Work with Team Sponsors in the ordering, distribution, inventory and collection of equipment.
  • Provide a minimum of sixteen weekly hours of on-deck coaching.
  • Lead and develop comprehensive dryland and pool training for the age group program.
  • Attend off-site swim meets as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, & Skills Desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of coaching experience (ASCA level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in customer service or office environment.
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with developed computer skills.

Temperature Controls Installer

Location: Rapid City, SD

About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Temperature Controls Installer to join our growing team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for installing and wiring complete temperature control and building automation systems (BAS) — including conduit, sensors, controllers, and field devices — for commercial and industrial projects.

You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians to bring high-quality, energy-efficient control systems to life.

Key Responsibilities

· Install all conduit, wiring, sensors, controllers, and associated components for temperature control and building automation systems.

· Pull, terminate, and label control wiring per schematics and electrical drawings.

· Mount and wire control panels, actuators, relays, and other field devices.

· Ensure installations meet company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.

· Assist in system start-up and commissioning as needed.

· Maintain organized job sites and accurate installation documentation.

· Coordinate with electricians, HVAC mechanics, and control engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or trade certification preferred.

· 2+ years of experience installing temperature controls, low-voltage systems, or HVAC automation equipment.

· Strong understanding of conduit bending, routing, and support installation.

· Proficient with control wiring and electrical troubleshooting.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.

· Knowledge of DDC systems.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
