The Account Executive serves as the primary contact for managing customer expectations and works closely with presales teams on POCs, RFPs, and pitches. About the Role - Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, sell and close business into mid‑size and enterprise accounts
  • Quickly develop fluency on Laserfiche software and its offerings, including services
  • Effectively identify and present the Laserfiche solution appropriate for each customer’s needs, with ability to sell or establish buy‑in at all customer levels (from middle management to C‑suite)
  • Manage the sales process with expertise and professionalism
  • Maintain ongoing relationships (beyond sale closure) with assigned account contacts within each customer’s organization
  • Accountable to internal sales support teams for the success, profitability, and timely closure of deals
  • Work closely with sales directors, finance, and legal on pricing and contract negotiation in accordance with established company pricing packages and policies
  • Ability to create targeted briefing packets, proposals, and presentations
  • Ability to moderate business and technical meetings throughout the sales process

About You - Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven success in managing customer accounts and exceeding sales quotas
  • Analytical, critical thinking skills and affinity for digital transformation through software
  • Demonstrated business skills including understanding of operations and business processes
  • Acquainted with analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.

Position Summary :

Our Funds area is searching for an experienced, talented and proven Director of Client Management with at least 15 years of related experience to join their senior leadership team. This role will report to the Senior Executive Director and Head of Fund Services, North America and oversee the North America Client Services teams; leading a group of experienced Directors responsible for implementing strategies that achieve outstanding client service delivery, consistent team performance, maximum productivity and efficiency while meeting revenue targets and driving industry solutions. In addition, this role will work alongside their peers within the department to support and manage client relationships, operational efficacy, staff resources, system implementations, and other BU goals.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Oversee and work with Client Service Directors to increase awareness of business opportunities to increase revenue streams
  • Responsible for managing and achieving the P&L goals for the North America Client Service team by making strategic decisions that meet or exceed revenue targets, manage costs, and ultimately, enhance profitability
  • Escalation point for the Client Service Directors to navigate and solve challenging client needs or operations limitations
  • Drive business development efforts with key clients to generate revenue opportunities
  • Enhance relationships with existing clients and strengthen C-suite connectivity to understand the direction of their business needs
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to increase company footprint amongst our clients and identify new clients via targeted searches

  • Stay informed of industry changes (e.g. regulations) and proactively solution services to meet client needs
  • Develop and manage KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), Client SLA’s and review client deliverables as needed
  • Present period performance reports and metrics to the MD Operations
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance; MBA preferred
  • Experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting
  • Proven inspirational leader and manager of people, with experience of managing and developing effective teams, managing and planning resources to achieve aggressive goals in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • At least ten years of industry experience with a proven track record of streamlining and improving a service operation
  • A history of exceptional industry forecasting and successful budget management that can determine ways to increase a service operation’s efficiency
  • The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams and achieving high profitability goals
  • Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work around 12 hours per day.
  • Ability to assist in the event of an on-board emergency by quickly climbing up a ladder, opening, and passing through a 20” diameter hatch.
  • Ability to stand for your entire shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently bend, squat and reach.
  • Ability to live and work on board a vessel for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use stairs frequently.

The Cruise Director is the most visible advocate for guests and is responsible for creating a fun atmosphere onboard while always engaging guests through a series of activities, shows, events, presentations and socializing throughout the cruise. The Cruise Director manages the entertainment, presentations, activities, events and communications on board. This leadership role requires an energetic, creative, talented individual with previous cruise/resort experience, extraordinarily polished presentation skills, collaborative approach, team spirit, and a passion for guest satisfaction. The Cruise Director reports to the Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and execute engaging entertainment, enrichment and activity programs that enhance and elevate the guest experience.
  • Effectively communicate to guests via the shipboard daily program, television, stage, public address system and one-on-one interaction and socialization.
  • Socialize with guests at every opportunity including, but not limited to, mealtimes and cocktail hour.
  • Greet guests as they depart for and return from shore excursions.
  • Make daily Noon announcement/update; make every effort to make all PA announcements as the “voice” of the cruise.
  • Meet with Excursions Director, Guest Speakers, Guest Instructors and Resident Entertainers at the start of every cruise to review scheduling.
  • Create the daily Ship to Shore.
  • Host Officer Introduction and Excursion Briefing.
  • Assist in the delivery of the Safety Briefing with the Captain.
  • Ensure lounges are prepared for activities, events, presentations and shows (lounge configuration, A/V requirements, etc.).
  • Confirm entertainers 48-hours in advance; assist entertainers and onboard speaker’s A/V needs.
  • Create and update bulletin board daily.
  • Work with Excursions Director to prepare folders and materials for turnaround day.
  • Act as company representative at pre-cruise hotels on turnaround day.
