JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate U.S. electrical and safety compliance requirements (UL, NEC, IEEE, and related standards) into clear quotation specifications and detailed design.
• Lead electrical engineering activities from customer requirement intake through quotation/estimating specifications and detailed design.
• Convert customer requirements into quotation specifications and coordinate electrical design execution with Japan-based MTH design teams.
• Establish and maintain electrical interface specifications (ICDs) and clear scope and responsibility definitions across subsystems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience with at least seven (7) years leading electrical engineering project scope across quotation, design execution, and change management phases for industrial or packaged equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory and standards requirements into electrical engineering specifications, design documentation, and quotation inputs.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, protection, control panels, VFDs, and instrumentation, with the ability to assess design implications and trade‑offs.
• Ability to review and technically judge electrical documentation such as single‑line diagrams (SLDs), panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and I/O documentation.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering execution, including requirement definition, issue and risk management, technical decision‑making, and configuration/change control.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting UL certification, NEC compliance, and interactions with NRTLs and AHJs for U.S.-market industrial equipment.

• Experience supporting quotation, engineering, FAT, SAT, field commissioning, and feedback of field issues into electrical design.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee ground‑up data center construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in commercial and mission‑critical facilities who can manage complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge of ground‑up construction, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

~ Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store). 
DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.
High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma. 
~1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required. Food and/or beverage delivery experience a plus.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Safe lifting and delivery practices.
Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; Ability to: drive a tractor-trailer unit both in the day and at night in a variety of traffic and weather conditions and remain alert and aware of surroundings; handle hazardous materials and food and restaurant items that are frozen, dry and refrigerated; operate a 3 axle tractor, 45' - 48' trailer, straight truck, on board computer, key pad and a 2 wheel hand cart; ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records ; effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; The associate is frequently required to lift, push, or move product that weighs up to 50 pounds by hand and push/pull up to 350 pounds of product with a 2-wheeled hand cart down a ramp and into the customer’s storage areas; climb in and out of a tractor and trailer; bend and twist while loading and unloading product, and retrieving items from trailer. and moving mechanical parts and may be required to work in confined spaces. The associate usually works an overnight schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call and starting at various times are required to successfully meet customers’ needs.
