Qualifications

  • Work with the implementation team to onboard new accounts
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to effectively identify and resolve problems, as well as use new concepts, processes and technologies to create efficiencies
  • Proactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with external partners and colleagues
  • Proactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies
  • Maintain accurate “real time” records in all Plus systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Global mobility industry experience preferred but not required

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to learn new software programs or applications that are used in Plus's business operations
  • Effective and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data workflow tools and SQL reporting

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $58,000 – $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

  • Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus
  • Paid floating holiday
  • 401(k) retirement contributions

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
