These skilled multi-craft professionals are crucial to the safe and effective operations of this facility. Our Maintenance Technicians maintain and repair the machinery involved in turning recycled paper into the 2-D version of a corrugated box and getting them to our customers! Think boxes for Domino's pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)

The Senior Associate Merchant - Hospitality plays a vital role in developing and executing product strategies for assigned categories, leveraging market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform the product roadmap and drive growth and profitability. This position collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and key stakeholders to align with division strategies and financial goals, ensures customer-centric solutions across in-store, catalog, and online channels, and partners with suppliers to set up and maintain item integrity and content.

    The Senior Associate Merchant - Hospitality plays a vital role in developing and executing product strategies for assigned categories, leveraging market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform the product roadmap and drive growth and profitability. Build and deliver financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations that help IT leadership make informed business and technology investment decisions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports while supporting the accounting close process for IT operating and capital expenditures. Analyze IT spending, cost center performance, and financial trends, providing clear explanations of variances, risks, and opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similarly relevant subject area. Four (4) or more years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience, including experience supporting IT, technology organizations, capital investments, or project accounting. Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial models. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency along with working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system. Experience supporting CapEx and OpEx accounting, project accounting, or technology investment reporting.

A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similarly relevant subject area. Six (6) or more years of finance or accounting experience supporting IT, technology organizations, or capital project portfolios. CPA or MBA. Experience with IT financial planning, project portfolio financial management, financial dashboards, or business intelligence reporting tools.

MV Transportation is seeking a Transit Fleet Maintenance Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and safety of a 100% electric transit fleet. This role ensures that all electric vehicles (EVs), charging infrastructure, and maintenance staff meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and support staff to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective service while supporting the organization's zero-emissions goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of an all-electric bus fleet.
  • Ensure all vehicles and charging equipment are maintained in compliance with manufacturer standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Implement and monitor a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, parts, and asset performance. Optimize fleet availability, reliability, and cost-efficiency through data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of charging stations, electrical systems, and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with utility providers, contractors, and OEMs to ensure uptime and operational readiness of charging systems.
  • Develop contingency plans for charging system outages and peak-demand management.
  • Lead, mentor, and train maintenance staff on electric vehicle systems, high-voltage safety, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
  • Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and labor utilization to support service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FTA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee implementation of high-voltage safety protocols and PPE standards.
  • Maintain records for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least five (5) or more years of recent (within the last five (5) years) and relevant experience managing the maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size, and complexity and with same or similar type of transit vehicles/equipment.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a unionized or transit environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electric drivetrains, battery systems, charging infrastructure, and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, high-voltage safety, and renewable energy integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Starting salary range: $120,000 - $147,014
