Job Summary

The Sales Director is responsible for driving the overall go to market strategy Supermicro. This includes building plans and programs that will drive business in new markets and new customer segments that leverage our channels and existing and emerging strategic partnerships. The role will be involved in all aspects of building the strategies and execute in order to generate revenue. This individual must be very strong at working cross functionally at all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to win and maintain customer accounts
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales against quota to Government agencies and Data Centers/Cloud, Gaming, and HPC industries
  • Execute outbound cold calls to potential System integrators, VARs, and OEM customers
  • Uncover opportunities for senior management to generate revenue from high-level executives
  • Assemble a pipeline of both short-term and long-term opportunities through target lists for vertical markets
  • Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in a server, storage networking, or AI sales environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$131,000 - $205,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

What We Need:

Ensure strategic HEOR and healthcare quality management of one or more therapeutic areas, including use of innovative methods and study designs. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead HEOR therapeutic area team in the development and execution of high quality, timely HEOR and healthcare quality strategies for the development, approval, implementation and communication of HEOR and health care quality strategies for therapeutic area(s), including budget monitoring, for BI products under his/her responsibility.
  • Supervise the design, conduct, and report of HEOR studies/tools/models to demonstrate the value of BI products indications and successful execution of strategic work streams
  • Ensure alignment on the HEOR strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the assessment of comparative effectiveness research (CER) requirements that affect BI products and guide the integration of payers´ needs into HEOR and Phase IV research plans. Ensure the incorporation of HEOR value endpoints and evidence requirements of US decision-makers in global clinical development programs and global HEOR strategies through collaboration with U.S. Pipeline Marketing, U.S. Marketing, CDMA, and Global HEOR.   • Review and provide high quality input to critical study documents (including synopsis, protocol and final report) and publications.
  • Accountable to ensure the development of high-quality HEOR section of the Integrated Evidence Plan. Develop an HEOR strategy plan and ensure alignment and integration of plan with plans from cross functional partners
  • Direct and oversee the design, conduct, and report of HEOR studies, tools, and models to demonstrate the value of BI products. Ensure collaboration between HEOR Field, Translation Team, and customer-facing cross functional partners and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and communicate therapeutic area and product-specific HEOR tools and materials for use by customer-facing teams in customer interactions
  • Represent US health plans and health systems evidentiary requirements in appropriate global and local cross-functional teams/meetings to inform brand strategies and tactics and drive US evidence plans for health plans and health systems. Ensure that the HEOR team effectively partners cross-functionally and thereby ensuring a strong link with commercial and medical teams

Collaborate with HEOR Leadership Team in the development, implementation, and management of processes and high quality training programs for optimizing departmental operations and staff development. Lead a VDT team by creating a performance based culture with clear accountability and urgency for achieving results. Foster an environment that promotes smart decision-making, and flexibility - while reinforcing and ensuring HEOR VDT team comply with boundaries for collaborative and compliant communications. Lead HEOR staff in a goal driven, customer-oriented manner with emphasis on quality deliverables, timeliness, and compliance to budget. Provide day-to-day guidance on HEOR projects and set/manage goals for team members and approve individual development plans
  • Operating in a complex, ever-changing environment. Working within a brand/TA team with specific duties to HEOR

Requirements

  • PhD in relevant discipline or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in a clinical discipline (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, nursing) and formal training in HEOR (e.g. Masters Degree or Fellowship)
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience (pre- and post-doc experience included) in managed markets, health economics, outcomes research and population health management with demonstration of significant contribution in all disciplines
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system
  • Expertise in the financial arrangements of the US healthcare market
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high functioning teams

Overview

As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and deliver cutting‑edge Open Finance solutions that power Mastercard’s next generation of data products. Experiences
