Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Manages CRM and CRM activity for business development team.
  • Assists the Director of Patient Services in establishing organizational patient volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department per site location. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
  • Works with the Director of Patient Services to continuously conduct market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary patient volume projections.
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary patient volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, orientation, and supporting the business development team.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of the organization.
  • Provides leadership and support to Director of Patient Services in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of hospice business development and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
  • Develops community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by organization.
  • Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of business development efforts.
  • Achieves annual business development objectives by contributing relevant information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets business development objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget with Chief Officers and Executive Directors.
  • Establishes business development objectives by creating a business development plan and quota and works directly with Director of Patient Services and subordinates to develop marketing strategy and projections.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling community coordinators in building and maintaining rapport with key consumers and identifying new consumer opportunities.
  • Recommends service lines by identifying new service opportunities, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or healthcare related field, Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop FMV tradecraft skills through a three‑week formal training course followed by a robust on‑the‑job training program, including:
    • Specialized instruction in FMV exploitation tools
    • Motion GEOINT techniques
    • Theater‑specific cultural familiarization
  • Analyze and exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, applying HUMINT and SIGINT to produce actionable intelligence.
  • Create and distribute imagery‑derived graphic products and reports for senior decision‑makers across government agencies.
  • Compile and prepare intelligence materials to support high‑level briefings.
  • Leverage advanced imagery tools, including electronic light tables, to exploit national technical means (NTM) imagery.

Who You Are

  • Flexible and dependable, able to work a rotating shift schedule (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) that alternates days and nights monthly, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, with strong multitasking skills.

  • Experienced in intelligence operations, especially the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.
  • Proactive about learning new skills and expanding your analytic and technical capabilities.

  • In possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance, with the ability to pass a polygraph examination.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in intelligence roles OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a customer‑approved discipline.
  • Training: Completion of a formal intelligence school course (typically 3+ months full time) resulting in an Intelligence MOS (e.g., All‑Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to type at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard.
    • Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process.
    • Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

  • Prior military training and experience.
  • Basic understanding of national‑level imagery production standards.
  • Familiarity with FMV exploitation and sensor capabilities.
  • Experience analyzing national imagery.
  • Ability to relay and articulate information effectively during high‑tempo operations.

  2. Manage market research suppliers to design, scope, execute and analyze research results and develop business implications.
  3. Collaborate with the Immunology (Nasal Polyps and Eosinophilic Esophagitis) CBU, and CSI&A colleagues to influence data capabilities and stay informed on the market landscape and competitive outlook.
  4. Work closely with Advanced Analytics partners to effectively measure brand performance via secondary data sources; address related questions from senior leadership.

Execute

  1. Demonstrate proficiency and drive continuous improvement in primary research designs and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and develop customized innovative research solutions to address complex strategic business issues.
  2. Manage all primary research in accordance with internal compliance policies and best practices, with agreed upon preferred vendors.
  3. Recommend reasonable, evidence‑driven business‑building ideas, while encouraging the use of customer and market insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  4. Establish, manage and share outcomes from plans that measure and track performance against critical success factors.
  5. Synthesize insights and analyses from a variety of sources (marketing research, competitive intelligence, secondary data) to inform strategic choices and decisions; develop and present findings to business teams and senior management.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Minimum BA/BS with 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (or MBA/MS with 7+ years), in roles of increasing accountability; prior experience with market‑leading brands required and immunology‑specific experience is desired.
  • Demonstrated success in using market research to inform and influence important business decisions.
  • Experience in survey design, data analysis (including secondary data), managing suppliers, presenting results, and recommending courses of action supported by research findings.
  • Experience in biologic drugs and in immunology (required).
  • Experience in cross‑functional communication and consensus building.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing research methodologies and deep knowledge and experience across multiple complex research tools.
