Working on a marquee, start of the art data center, the Quality Engineer Manager will coordinate and direct inspection work in area of discipline or for multiple disciplines as required. The Construction Quality Engineer Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the three phases of control and documentation and any other inspection and test personnel. In addition, the chosen person will prepare and implement quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • The CQE Manager is required to schedule and manage weekly project QC Meetings, attend the Coordination and Mutual Understanding Meeting, perform submittal review and approval, ensure contract required testing is performed, and provide QC certifications and documentation required by the contract, and perform at the three phases of control for each definable feature of the construction work as follows:
  • Preparatory Phase - performed prior to beginning work on each definable feature of work, after all required plans/documents/materials are approved/accepted, and after copies are at the work site.
  • Initial Phase accomplished at the beginning of a definable feature of work including checking work to ensure that it is in full compliance with contract requirements, review minutes of the preparatory meeting, verify adequacy of controls to ensure full contract compliance, verify required control inspection and testing. And establish level of workmanship and verify that it meets minimum acceptable workmanship standards.
  • Follow-up Phase - perform daily checks to assure control activities, including control testing, are providing continued compliance with contract requirements, until completion of the particular feature of work. Record the checks in the CQC documentation. Conduct final follow-up checks and correct all deficiencies prior to the start of additional features of work which may be affected by the deficient work.
  • Perform inspections and witness tests applicable to discipline to determine acceptability of work as required.
  • Maintain work performance records, inspection records, and other related items, and insure correctness.
  • Monitor subcontractor work to insure compliance with company standards, procedures, and codes when applicable.
  • Coordinate quality control inspection schedule with other project schedules.
  • Review purchase documents to insure compliance with quality control requirements.
  • Conduct internal/external quality control audits. Define corrective measures for problem areas and insure implementation.
  • Work with the project staff to plan and meet the project schedule requirements.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on a similar size and type.
  • Experience must include at least 2 years experience as a QC Manager.

The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. About the Company


Ansonia Properties, a Chicago-based multifamily investment firm, is looking for an experienced Asset Manager who will be primarily responsible for the development and strategic implementation of all initiatives within the investment business plan. This role is responsible for driving NOI through the oversight of leasing, property management, operating budgets, and capital projects for a growing multifamily portfolio.


About the Role


The Asset Manager is a leader with an established track record of business plan creation, execution, and value creation; technologically competent; and skilled in organizational and business development. The work is focused on the financial modeling, underwriting, budgeting, and valuation of a multifamily real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will have a robust analytical background, a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a focus on attention to detail.



Responsibilities


  • Own and execute asset-level business plans from acquisition through disposition
  • Drive NOI by managing leasing strategy, operating budgets, and capital improvement programs
  • Oversee third-party property management and hold them accountable to performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly investor and lender reporting; manage JV compliance
  • Conduct hold/sell/refinance analyses and reforecast IRRs at the asset and partnership level
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, construction, accounting, and capital markets teams
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor submarket conditions to inform strategy



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of asset management experience, multifamily investment preferred
  • Proven track record of business plan execution and measurable value creation
  • Strong financial modeling skills — IRR, waterfall, hold/sell/refi analyses
  • Experience managing JV partnerships and communicating directly with equity and debt partners
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Yardi, IMS, or LRO experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use & application of AI tools


Base Compensation Range


$120,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.


Total Direct Compensation


This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our in-house Creative Services team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and moving efficiently from initiation through completion.


The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing workflow, coordinating production timelines, communicating project needs, and ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and company quality standards. This position works closely with the Creative Services Manager, internal production teams, and external stakeholders to help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position requires superior organizational skills, meticulous written communication, and close attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks that support meeting our clients' needs.
  • Proactively create and maintain a positive and effective relationship with our internal team, employing active listening and demonstrating empathy to ensure our customers' expectations are met.
  • Read and interpret client requests and translate them into clear directions for the production team.
  • Create a detailed plan that identifies and sequences the tasks that must be completed successfully for each project.
  • Enter new projects into our tracking software and prepare projects for our production team.
  • Monitor the status and progress of each project to help ensure it is completed on time.
  • Once a project is completed, review it to ensure that it meets our expectations.
  • Traffic projects with our internal printing department or outside vendors.
  • Quality Control / Proofreading overflow.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of project coordinator experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.


Nice To Have

  • General knowledge of graphic design tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Cloud suite).
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare field.


Location

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with team members working on-site in our Pennington, NJ office two days per week and remotely from home three days per week.


Compensation

Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability.
