As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a residential rear loader with helper, roll off, or commercial front end loader waste hauling truck that provides residential trash and recycling, industrial or commercial trash pickup. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations.   • Reallocate secured funding as needed to maximize the use of all available co-op and MDF dollars within program guidelines.

4. Vendor Performance and ROI

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with each top-tier OEM partner covering investment, program execution, brand impact, digital orders influenced, and share-of-wallet performance.

  • Provide reporting and recommendations to the Senior Director and CRO to support OEM partner accountability and program planning.

5. Internal Coordination

Who You Are:

Required:

  • 5+ years managing vendor or partner marketing programs in B2B distribution, wholesale, or retail.
  • Working knowledge of co-op and MDF mechanics, including claims systems, pre-approvals, reconciliation, and fund accrual.

Pay Range: $79,372 - $90,783. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

Drive operational performance by leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Identify, implement, and sustain process improvements that enhance operational performance and support business objectives.
Analyze production trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities, reduce waste, and improve line efficiency.
Monitor team and line performance, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to support employee growth and engagement.
Promote a safety-first culture by reinforcing safety standards, leading safety discussions, and supporting compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ensure product quality, food safety, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained and continuously improved.
Review key performance indicators (KPIs), operational losses, and production results daily; develop and execute corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
Partner with the Operations Manager to support key operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business deliverables.
Lead Daily Operational Reviews to drive accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and performance improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability, strengthen succession pipelines, and meet current and future business needs.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Technical Resources, and Line Owners to prioritize improvement opportunities and achieve operational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence across the production environment.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered.
2–5 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; experience in beverage, food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
Working knowledge of workplace safety programs, policies, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to promote and support a safe work environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Familiarity with quality systems, food safety programs, and applicable quality and hygiene standards.
Understanding of manufacturing performance metrics, cost awareness, and operational efficiency principles.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, delegate responsibilities, and support team performance in a dynamic environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
