Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare systems, is seeking a Section Chief of Neuroradiology to join the Department of Radiology at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ. Imaging Services at Atlantic Health is expanding in partnership with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) Radiology, a 50+ physician subspecialized employed practice supporting six hospitals across the Atlantic Health system.

As the Section Chief of Neuroradiology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of radiology services within our organization. You will also collaborate with other specialists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders. About Overlook Medical Center:

  • Overlook Medical Center is a 504-bed tertiary referral center for neurosurgery, nonprofit teaching medical center located in Summit, New Jersey. The imaging department produces over 200, 000+ exams in plain, CT, MR, pediatrics, IR, US, NM, PET & Breast imaging.
  • Overlook Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center support a joint ACGME Radiology Residency Program of 20 residents and 2 fellows across both campuses.

Salary Range: $550,000-$650,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives

Your Role

As Head of Product for CareScout Insurance you will have end-to-end accountability for CareScout Insurance product strategy, design, and performance, leading a critical function that shapes the future of long-term care solutions. This role owns the strategic direction and execution of a major functional area, translating enterprise priorities into product strategy while influencing outcomes across the business.

What you will be doing

Product Strategy and Vision

Define and lead the long-term vision and product strategy for CareScout Insurance, aligned with enterprise growth and customer needs. Evaluate aging trends, funding dynamics, and market opportunities to shape innovative solutions. Drive a multi-year roadmap that integrates insurance products with the broader CareScout services ecosystem.

Portfolio Leadership and Performance

Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, scaling and optimization. Establish and manage profitability, risk and performance metrics to guide executive decisions. Continuously assess portfolio health and optimize offerings to improve growth, margin and customer outcomes.

Innovation and Product Development

Lead the design and launch of new long-term care insurance solutions, including alternative funding models and hybrid offerings. Translate customer insights and market intelligence into differentiated product features and experiences that ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey. Ensure strong execution of new product introduction, including regulatory readiness, pricing alignment and go-to-market strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

As part of the CareScout leadership team, partner closely with Finance, Distribution, Underwriting and Claims to deliver integrated solutions. Develop leadership capabilities within the team and foster a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. Drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders to enable speed and decisiveness.

What you bring

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, insurance, or financial services with deep expertise in insurance product design.
  • Proven track record of leading product strategy and P&L ownership at scale.
  • Experience with long-term care, life/health insurance, or adjacent markets strongly preferred.
  • Strong enterprise leadership mindset, with ability to influence at C-suite level and across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking and comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
