What you will do
We’re hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer – 1st Shift to support plant operations at our manufacturing facility in Middletown, Delaware . Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving continuous improvement, resolving production issues, and optimizing equipment performance. This position is fully on-site, working directly on the plant floor alongside production and maintenance teams.
Our engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by improving process reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting manufacturing performance. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to operations, helping identify and eliminate inefficiencies while supporting both daily production needs and longer-term improvement initiatives.
What Does Success Look Like
- Act as the primary engineering support on 1st shift, troubleshooting equipment and process issues in real time
- Identify and eliminate recurring downtime, bottlenecks, and scrap through structured root cause analysis
- Analyze production data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities, driving measurable process gains
- Lead and support capital and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and equipment standards/layouts
- Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and overall equipment performance
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, including troubleshooting equipment/process issues
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic (troubleshooting required; programming a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with experience identifying root causes and driving improvements
Preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with CAD systems (equipment layouts, drawings, BOMs)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)

The Role

The Role

As an Account Manager II, Desk Based, you will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across an assigned territory. Using consultative, outcome-driven sales techniques and digital engagement strategies, you will identify customer needs, develop opportunities, and recommend solutions that deliver meaningful business value. You will manage the full sales cycle, contribute to an exceptional customer experience, and support team success by sharing best practices and modeling strong sales behaviors.

The Main Responsibilities
- Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customer, meeting assigned monthly sales quotas. Proactively solve sales challenges and customer obstacles.
- Deliver a strong value proposition during consultative and transactional selling approaches that maximize sales revenue.
- Prospect and qualify through calls, emails, social media, internal marketing campaigns, call blitzes, follow up, etc.
- Effectively navigate company systems and tools to provide customers with timely quotes, follow up.
- Prepare agendas for every customer call, conduct strong customer meetings and identify opportunities from every sales call.
- Engage internal resources and support personnel to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Leverage the broader sales resource eco-system to drive high impact opportunities.
- Work with urgency through all aspects of the sales cycle through closing.
- Maintain updated sales stages and accurate notes in Salesforce.com. Create and maintain account plans as required.
- Provide activity reports as required. Forecast and commit monthly sales volume accurately.
- Attend assigned meeting and participate in all company training requirements.
- Mentor teammates as a senior person on the team and lead by example with a strong attitude, high energy and leadership characteristics.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Four or more years of sales experience in technology, telecommunications, business services, or a related industry.
- Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in a desk-based, inside, or outside sales environment.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to conduct effective virtual sales calls, web meetings, and customer presentations.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to manage opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Strong planning, organization, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
Preferred
- Experience selling telecommunications, networking, cloud, security, managed services, or related technology solutions.
- Advanced experience in an inside sales, desk-based, or hybrid sales environment.
- Demonstrated success opening new accounts, developing new territories, or expanding business within assigned territories.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Experience leveraging social selling and digital prospecting tools to generate pipeline.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Knowledge of consultative, value-based, and solution-selling methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or coaching sales teammates, with strong business acumen and the ability to articulate customer outcomes.

VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals (MECA) in Greenfield, WI is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join the team!
Schedule: Full time, day shift (6:00 am-6:00 pm). 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week ( 3 x 12 hour ). Alternating weekends and rotating holidays are required.
Compensation: $20 - 28/hr and the starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with all technical staff across the hospital to ensure hospitalized patients receive optimal care. Maintain open communication with the healthcare team.
Nursing Care: Vigilantly monitor hospitalized patients, identifying subtle changes in their clinical status. Participate in departmental rounds and manage the maintenance of urinary catheters, nasogasrtic tubes, chest and abdominal tubes, as well as nasal oxygen tubes.
Client Education: Provide clear and concise discharge instructions to clients, ensuring they understand the care their furry family member requires after leaving the hospital.
Anesthesia and Sedation Monitoring: Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthesia to ensure patient safety.
Diagnostic Imaging: Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and assist in capturing radiographs and other diagnostic images.
Laboratory Procedures: Run diagnostics, correlate results with the clinical presentation of the patient and notify Veterinarian of results.
Administering Oxygen: Flow-by Oxygen, Nasal Oxygen Cannula, or Oxygen Cage.
