Purpose

Responsible for driving delivery vehicles and/or operating truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. Adheres to driver safety/compliance regulations, delivers un-damaged goods on schedule, and provides professional service to customers. Drives vehicle weighing greater than 26,000 pounds and may tow vehicles or trailers greater than 10,000 pounds.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• May load or assist with loading and appropriately securing product, materials, or supplies inside delivery vehicle.
• Delivers customer orders to specified delivery site. Maneuvers vehicles into loading or unloading positions and ensures that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned. Assists customers with unloading materials safely and accurately. Takes all precautions to protect the product and the customer's property.
• Verifies order details and maintains logs of delivery duties including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage and locations of deliveries. Checks items against invoice to ensure order accuracy.
• Acts as a customer service liaison between the company and the site customer. Handles customer concerns and helps resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles; performs routine safety checks to ensure vehicles comply with company guidelines.
• Required to use hand held devices, except for while driving, to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS.
• Maintains the hours of service logs and pre/post trip inspection procedures.
• May perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork.
• Operate a forklift or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and off load materials to designated areas.
• Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Property Management Coordinator

Our client is seeking a versatile Property Management Coordinator to provide administrative, vendor-coordination, tenant-service, purchasing, and general property-management support. Approximately 75% of the position will involve administrative and coordination responsibilities. Schedule:

Salary Transparency Statement At Ramboll, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices that support our people and our purpose of creating sustainable societies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,500 - $150,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. Account Specialist

Applied Industrial Technologies is currently seeking an Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll get to flex your muscles by planning, implementing, and executing target industry marketing programs. You'll help bring it all together as you call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others using your consultative selling approach to learn about your International Paper's application and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a day to day review and processing of requisitions as assigned.
• Perform data order entry into AIT's and International Paper's systems to obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and maintain the blanket purchase orders for the relevant business.
• Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong ongoing relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions
• Organize and conduct training sessions for customers
• Survey market and competitive conditions
• Evaluate and resolve changes in part numbers through MSSR function, manufacturers or changes to fit, form, and function. Work with International Paper personnel to obtain approval of changes prior to material receipt. Notify International Paper of items that are obsolete or discontinued.
• Continually identify duplicate stock codes or product.
• Maintain lead times for those items on the look ahead.
• Work with service centers to collect information on weekly backlog and past due reports.
• Work with service centers and International Paper to expedite orders.
• Provide product sourcing assistance and continually pursue products within our scope of supply.
• Address specific problems as they relate to International Paper.
• Work directly with warehouse personnel and service centers to resolve receiving issues
• Resolve, monitor, and track all product warranty issues with the service center.
• Track cost savings achieved by Applied and documented value add to International Paper.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, traits, and skills as they join our team and help move us to the next level.

• Equivalent to bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing related fields
• 3 to 5 years' industry related work experience.
• Preferred experience working in or with a Paper Mill
• Proven experience in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory
• Relationship-building skills at all levels with customers and prospect organizations
• Hands-on product demonstrations for customers and prospects; mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are essential
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

Preferred:

• Experience in a related field of Applied product bearings, power transmission components, fluid power, general industrial supplies, etc.
