Responsibilities:

  • Calling on all departments within the hospital lab. This sales team sells Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is commission and bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

  • Navigate diverse roadways, customer sites, and conditions using appropriate delivery equipment (5th wheel, ball hitch, tilt flatbed).
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with DOT or TC regulations.

Load Handling & Securement:

  • Secure modular and storage units with proper tie-downs, chains, and rigging tools to meet safety and legal transport standards.
  • Ensure loads meet weight, width, and clearance limitations for designated delivery routes.
  • Monitor load integrity during transport and adjust as needed to ensure safety and compliance.

Site Assessment & Decision Planning:

  • Maintain frequent communication with dispatch and field teams regarding route updates, delays, or issues.
  • Confirm delivery windows, update on in-transit statuses and collaborate on rerouting when needed.
  • Perform on-site assessments to identify terrain challenges, overhead obstacles, grade level and access restrictions.

The Benefits Technology Specialist is responsible for Benefits Administration system configuration, testing, ongoing service, annual renewal changes and presentation of the system to clients. The Benefits Technology Specialist partners with account service teams to support and exceed client expectations with the delivery of HUB's benefits technology solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Configures and maintains HUB preferred Benefits Administration system for qualified clients based on client provided requirements.
  • Tests new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration with integration, regression and acceptance test plans.
  • Ensures all services are implemented according to established project plans and all client deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Updates systems as requirements change each plan year or as needed throughout the plan year (this includes benefit class matrix, requirements document, rates, permissions, field options, site text).
  • Builds and maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files as deemed appropriate, to meet business objectives.
  • Trains clients and internal account service team on the use of system and provides demonstrations as needed.
  • Works with Employee Benefits producers to present HUB preferred Benefits Administration system to qualified clients and prospects.
  • Maintains thorough understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests.
  • Verifies technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements are compliant, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assists clients with Affordable Care Act Reporting.
  • Maintains regular interactions with clients to develop client relationship as well as advise of new product and service offerings and obtain feedback on performance.
  • Provides resolution of client issues by researching and responding to questions and concerns about the use of HUB International products.
  • Seeks continued knowledge and stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that may impact their clients. Makes appropriate recommendations to clients in response to those changes; Attends industry related continuing education training and courses.
  • Maintains accurate and organized account files by appropriately documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives; updates all HUB computer systems and automated agency management systems; ensures the accuracy of data.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Life & Health license preferred

I opened my agency in 1981 and currently lead a team of eight. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a music director, and I've always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed. Outside of the office, you'll find me bass fishing, cooking, enjoying music and sports, and serving as a captain for the Youth High School Association. I'm naturally competitive and driven by achieving results.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty license.
