Reports to: Vice President, People Operations

Job Summary: The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration and analysis of employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data to ensure accurate and effective People Operations systems. This role plays a key part in managing HR data, reporting, and system processes that drive a positive employee experience and enable data-informed decisions across the organization. The Specialist partners closely with the Senior Data Analyst to support analytics, reporting, and system management, while contributing to both People Operations priorities and Heritage-wide strategic initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as a system administrator for HRIS and related HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and optimal configuration.
  • Develop business intelligence reports and data visualizations for departmental and organizational use, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and overall operations.
  • Coordinate biweekly payroll preparation with managed payroll services provider to ensure accurate biweekly payroll reporting and completion. Prepare payroll summary and general ledger for Finance and Accounting.
  • Support employee benefits administration through accurate HRIS data management, vendor file coordination, reporting, and audit support, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with and provide analytical and systems support to the Senior Data Analyst on reporting and platform optimization initiatives to ensure continuity and consistency across all data operations.
  • Continually establish new state tax accounts for employees working in additional jurisdictions and continuously monitor existing state tax accounts to ensure ongoing compliance and accurate withholding administration.
  • Provide cross-functional support across the People Operations team on an ad-hoc basis, which includes cross-training on multiple platforms and processes.
  • Seek continuing professional development opportunities, especially on best practices, trends, and new inspiration, by reading publications, attending seminars, and consulting with other industry professionals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields

Experience: 3+ years of related experience, including at least one year of experience with databases and/or HRIS administration (data maintenance, reporting, and system support)

Communication: Effective written and verbal communication

Technology: Proficiency with data software, business intelligence platforms, HRIS experience preferred

Benefits and Salary:

The Role

The Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer ensures production exceeds customer expectations and complies with internal and external quality requirements (ISO/AS/NADCAP). Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates necessary personnel for internal, customer, and third-party quality system audits.
  • Direct internal audit programs and efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Program Management to ensure internal, industry and customer specifications are reasonably and effectively identified and executed upon.
  • Design Quality Plans for new and existing programs.
  • During and at the completion of production, sign off on quality plans/work instructions and verify their completeness.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and follow through on implementation of process changes.
  • Lead MRB meetings (disposition and corrective action as needed).
  • Maintains a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
  • Maintains a specification database, ensuring revs are current and up to date
  • Develop rework processes (when necessary) with Manufacturing.
  • Collect FAIR/Qualification documentation when needed.
  • Work with suppliers to improve quality, reduce scrap/rework, lower cost/lead times.
  • Identify opportunities to apply SPC analysis.
  • Manage calibration of measuring tools (performed by outside vendor).
  • Issue and Process NCRs, RMAs, and other quality alert documentation.
  • Prepare Certification Packages for production shipments.
  • Review and approve incoming Supplier Certifications.
  • Uphold the company core values

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail & communication skills, both written and oral
  • Software proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • NADCAP accreditation experience desired.
  • 2 to 5 years prior Quality Engineering experience, preferably in Aerospace or Contract Manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 1 year exposure within an AS9100 environment. (AS9100 Lead Auditor certified desired)
  • Must be adaptable to a changing work environment and competing demands
  • Experience creating in-process inspection control plans.
  • Experience working with Engineering/Production to troubleshoot issues and defects.
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies in a production environment.
  • Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr) preferred, not required.
  • Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen & background check per Vitesse’s pre-employment requirements.
