About the Role

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing back-of-house operations. This role includes assisting with training kitchen staff, ensuring consistent execution of our globally influenced menu, maintaining the highest culinary standards, and supporting a safe, efficient, and professional kitchen. The Sous Chef plays a key role in upholding quality and productivity in a high-volume restaurant setting.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and service execution
• Support the training and development of BOH team members
• Maintain consistency and quality across all menu items
• Uphold all health and safety standards and HACCP protocols
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Contribute to fostering a positive and energetic kitchen culture
• Assist with onboarding and preparation ahead of opening

Requirements

Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand 1012 hours per shift and lift heavy objects regularly Commitment to working 56 days per week Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Restorative Nurse Aide/Rehab Tech

The Restorative Nurse Aide/Rehab Tech is responsible for assisting in the development, and implementation of the restorative nursing program for the facility. The restorative nursing staff are the liaisons between formalized therapy and nursing. The restorative aide will be responsible for providing direct care while utilizing techniques within the established program that aim to maintain or improve patients' eating/swallowing, self-care, and mobility independence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists the Restorative Nurse and participates in the development, organization and implementation of restorative nursing programs for patients.

First Line Risk & Control Analyst

As a First Line Risk & Control Analyst you'll work as a first line of defense risk professional responsible for support and/or execution of various risk programs and business unit risk activities in adherence with the Company's risk appetite and corporate strategy. In this role you'll engage with business units in the management of risks and controls across all risk types, monitoring execution of risk policies, procedures, and/or program requirements. You'll effectively manage risks, and serve as an effective communication channel between the Risk Management department and business units.

Support the timely preparation and execution of the Risk and Control updates and refresh information through the collection of data from various sources as defined in desktop procedures. Facilitate meetings to review process understanding and process map documentation.

Provide effective and timely execution of projects with a sense of urgency for deliverables. Review policies and procedures to document process maps and narratives.

Support identification of risks and controls in processes under review including the drafting of risks and controls in line with standards. Provide assessment of control environment and determine effective risk mitigation or identify gaps.

Support conversations with risk subject matter experts about the context and/or severity of risk factors and/or issues including areas such as third parties, issues, regulatory, legal matters, etc.

2+ years of related experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit or similar field.

Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

Entry level to intermediate experience in Compliance, Operations Management, Audit, Risk Management, or related field in financial services.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of and experience in documenting process maps in process mapping software. Experience identifying risks and controls in processes.

Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
