What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive Clinical Cardiology and Cardio‑Oncology services for patients across the cancer care continuum
  • Diagnose and manage cardiovascular complications related to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and cancer survivorship
  • Perform and interpret ECGs, transthoracic echocardiography including strain imaging, and transesophageal echocardiography
  • Collaborate closely with oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, critical care, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient‑centered care
  • Participate in the continued expansion of cardio‑oncology and advanced cardiac imaging services
  • Lead and support strategic growth initiatives within the Cardiology/Cardio‑Oncology division

What You’ll Bring

  • MD, DO, or equivalent degree with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Medical Doctor degree or Doctor of Dental Science degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full‑time experience in cardiovascular diseases including six (6) months in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

License and Certification Requirement

  • License to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York or License to practice as a dentist in the State of New York as required for the area of expertise.
  • Possession of ABIM board certified/eligible in cardiovascular diseases.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

  • Leadership experience and interest in directing or expanding a Cardiology/Cardio‑Oncology division

  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Nuclear Cardiology
