GTM & Acquisition Lead / Cofounder
Greppet
town of sweden, ny

Context Greppet is a pre-seed, pre-MVP startup in Malmö, Sweden, building customer intelligence for B2B companies to turn scattered signals into grounded strategic decisions. We are currently validating the market and preparing for early pilot customers.

Role — Fractional GTM & Pilot Acquisition Lead Potential path to co-founder. We are looking for an experienced commercial operator to work closely with the founder on customer discovery, positioning, and early pilot acquisition.

This is not yet a conventional salaried Growth Lead role. The initial engagement would be fractional and outcome-defined, beginning with a 3–4 week collaboration to assess mutual fit and establish the MVP go-to-market plan. Initial focus is on validating the ICP, sharpening the narrative, and generating qualified pilot opportunities—not scaling a demand engine prematurely.

Compensation at this stage is equity-based, with a fair contribution- and commitment-based structure to be agreed upfront. For directly sourced, revenue-generating pilot customers, a success-based commission may also be considered. As pilots, revenue, and funding progress, the role could develop into a larger and potentially co-founder-level commercial position.

Remote-first, with quarterly in-person team sessions.

What You Would Own Initially

  • Customer discovery and ICP validation
  • Positioning, messaging, and value proposition
  • Founder-led sales support and pilot acquisition
  • Outbound experiments and qualified pipeline development
  • Early GTM strategy, channels, and commercial priorities
  • Clear learning loops from prospects back into the product

Skills & Experience

  • Has helped an early-stage B2B startup find and sell to its first customers
  • Strong in customer discovery, founder-led sales, and pilot/LOI conversations
  • Can turn research into sharp positioning and practical outbound activity
  • Comfortable working hands-on with ambiguity and limited resources
  • Experience with B2B, SMB, Customer Success, or Sustainability is helpful
  • Growth analytics, content, community, partnerships, and team-building are valuable as the role expands

Best suited to someone who wants to shape a company’s commercial foundation from the ground up—not simply optimise an existing marketing machine.

About the Role:

The Principal Architect, AI-Native Applications is the lead technical authority for how WebMD Ignite designs, builds, and scales modern applications in an AI-native environment. This role defines the architectural patterns, standards, and reference implementations that development teams across the organization build against, with a particular focus on backend systems, data-intensive services, and applications that embed large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows. The Principal Architect operates as a hands‑on individual contributor and technical leader, remaining close enough to the code to pair with senior engineers and validate design decisions directly. This is a senior, cross‑cutting role that establishes a coherent application architecture practice where design decisions are currently made project by project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the application architecture patterns, standards, and reference implementations that development teams build against across the organization.
  • Architect complex backend systems, including microservices architectures, APIs, streaming and event‑driven protocols, and data engineering pipelines.
  • Design high‑performance data platforms for AI workloads, including vector stores, graph databases, distributed caching, and semantic retrieval over million‑record corpora.
  • Establish the patterns and guardrails for AI‑native applications, including LLM integration, retrieval‑augmented generation, multi‑model orchestration, and agentic workflows.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solution designs meet scalability, performance, security, interoperability, and cost requirements across both cloud and on‑premises environments.
  • Set standards for AI‑ready APIs, data services, and application frameworks that enable rapid prototyping and production rollout of new capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering, product, data, and DevOps leaders to align technical direction with business outcomes and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure architectures meet the security, compliance, and privacy requirements of regulated healthcare environments, including HIPAA and the handling of protected health information (PHI).
  • Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and raise the overall architecture fluency of the engineering organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture, backend engineering, or data engineering, including senior or principal‑level technical leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting complex, distributed backend systems using microservices, APIs, and event‑driven or streaming patterns.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and operating data platforms for high‑volume, high‑dimensional workloads, including vector databases, graph databases, distributed caching, and semantic retrieval.
  • Practical experience building AI‑native or AI‑enabled applications, including LLM integration, retrieval‑augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, and agentic systems.
  • Strong command of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience operating across both cloud and on‑premises environments.
  • Ability to remain hands‑on in code while providing architecture‑level leadership.
  • Working knowledge of the security, privacy, and compliance requirements of healthcare data environments, including HIPAA and PHI handling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and business audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a healthcare, health IT, or other regulated data environment.
  • Experience operating within HITRUST, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern warehouse/lakehouse and high‑performance analytical data platforms.
  • Experience defining developer tooling, standards, and AI‑assisted software development workflows.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000

Bonus Eligible:

This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the company sponsored benefit programs, including the following within the first 12 months of employment:

  • Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision coverage)
  • Paid Time Off (including vacation, sick leave, and flexible holiday days)
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching
  • Life and Disability Insurance

Head of Information Technology
Legora
new york, ny
Compensation: 160.000 - 230.000

*Please note: this is a 5-days-a-week, on-site role based in our Manhattan (Union Square), NYC office.*

Head of Workplace Technology (Head of Information Technology)

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. Workplace Technology is the newest part of that function, and you’ll build it: a Lead in every major office, a shared standard for how a Legora site works, and an AI-native service desk doing the routing and the repetitive work so small on-site teams can run large sites. The footprint is growing fast — roughly 90 people in 3 offices to over 300 in 8 in about a year — and where we open next, the function you’ve built shows up with it. You’re the technology counterpart to Workplace, reporting to the CIO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Ensure that Legora’s offices are running to standard — hardware, AV and conferencing, network, physical-security infrastructure, and the day-one onboarding experience.
  • Own the function’s budget and vendor framework globally: forecast with Finance, standardize vendors and contracts, and feed the site budgets that Workplace owns — a budget Finance trusts and a partnership Workplace plans buildouts with by default.
  • Land active buildouts with their technology scope clean — AV, network, and badge / camera / cabling commissioning inside Workplace’s fit-outs, from kickoff to rooms that work on day one.
  • Work with Information Security on access, network, and device controls, with IT Systems on the network spine and endpoint estate, and with People on onboarding.
  • Run the function on Legora’s shared, AI-native service desk — common SLAs across every site, automated routing, and a standing rule that anything a site does twice gets automated. Staffing follows the same logic: automation first, then a Lead, then their team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 10+ years in IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including several years of multi-site or global responsibility and managing managers or senior ICs. To be direct: if you run one site today, our Workplace Technology Lead openings are the right fit; this role is for someone who has already run the function across several.
  • You’ve built a function before: set the standards, hired the team, and been accountable for the result across continents, with the async habits that make distributed teams work.
  • Credible in the room and on the floor. You can debug a meeting room and hold a budget conversation with Finance in the same day.
  • A strong partner to Workplace, Security, IT, People, and Finance, with the judgment to know when to enforce one global way and when to let a site adapt.
  • You reach for automation before headcount — you’ve turned repetitive support work into workflows, and you’re comfortable making AI tooling part of how a function runs, not a side project.

NICE TO HAVE

  • AV and conferencing, office network (Meraki), and physical-security platforms (e.g. Verkada) at scale.
  • Office buildouts and fit-outs end to end, from requirements through commissioning.
  • ITSM and AI-assisted, agentic service operations. We run an AI-native ITSM (Serval); ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well.
  • Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Okta / Microsoft Entra ID, and 1Password.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
  • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente
  • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)
  • Family Support
  • Generous parental leave
  • Free access to Maven Clinic
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents
  • Life Insurance + STD/LTD
  • 401(K) with generous company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
