  • On a typical day, focus on new features or enhancements and data migration, with occasional troubleshooting of end-user issues and support for recently deployed features.


Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in developing web applications using Python and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks).
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) including queries, stored procedures, triggers, tuning, and database design.
  • Experience in migrating data and systems from ColdFusion to a Python-based environment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with legacy code, identify solutions, and discuss with clients as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating user-friendly and intuitive software.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with clients to understand business requirements and propose solutions.
